P\u0159\u00edroda u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 plod\u016f a energie a to bychom m\u011bli t\u00e9\u017e.\n\tD\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je radost, sm\u00edch pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed, o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Tenk\u00e9\n\tst\u0159evo zaji\u0161\u0165uje \u017eiviny a energii (fyzickou i psychickou).\n\tP\u0159ijmi, \u017ee \u017eivot je kr\u00e1sn\u00fd se v\u0161\u00edm co p\u0159iprav\u00ed. \n\t\n\t<\/li><li>Pot\u00ed\u017ee\n\tse  projev\u00ed jako nedostatek energie,\n\tsmutn\u00e1 n\u00e1lada, pr\u016fjem, zvracen\u00ed, plynatost, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 imunita,\n\tbolest \u017ealudku\u2026 St\u0159evo chyt\u00e1 nap\u011bt\u00ed, proto by si \u010dlov\u011bk \n\tm\u011bl srovnat co je dobr\u00e9 a co ne (nem\u00e1 to spr\u00e1vn\u011b pokud trp\u00ed\n\tst\u0159evo). D\u016fv\u011b\u0159uj v\u00edc \u017eivotu.\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Celiakie<\/em><\/strong> je o tom, \u017ee \u017eiji \u017eivot, kter\u00fd vlastn\u011b nechci. <strong><em>Crohn <\/em><\/strong>&#8211; \u010dlov\u011bk se c\u00edt\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017een, nebo m\u00e1 dlouhodob\u00fd konflikt. Chce v\u0161e zvl\u00e1dnout s\u00e1m a nebere ohled na ostatn\u00ed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Je\n\tdobr\u00e9 nej\u00edst t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 j\u00eddla mezi 13-15 hod. Vhodn\u00e9 jsou sal\u00e1ty,\n\tjak\u00e9koliv ovoce a zelenina, smootie, p\u0159irozen\u00e9 potraviny a\n\t\u010dast\u011bji za\u0159a\u010fte bezlepkov\u00e9 v\u011bci, te\u010f m\u00e1 velik\u00fd vliv\n\tkvalitn\u00ed je\u010dmen a chlorella. Z bylinek u\u017e\u00edvejte ko\u0159en\u00ed co\n\tzn\u00e1te hlavn\u011b \u0161alv\u011bj bazalku, m\u00e1tu, saturejku, kurkumu, oreg\u00e1no,\n\trozmar\u00fdn.\n<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u011bjte\nse r\u00e1d\/a a u\u017e\u00edvejte l\u00e9ta. P\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fdmi v\u011bcmi si pom\u016f\u017eete ke\nzdrav\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zji\u0161\u0165ovala\njsem po internetu, jak to je s opalovac\u00edmi kr\u00e9my. Tedy \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1\nsl\u00e1va a doporu\u010duji max. Faktor 24. Jestli V\u00e1s zaj\u00edm\u00e1 co jsem\nzjistila a posb\u00edrala m\u00e1te to zde. Jestli ne, d\u00e1l \u010d\u00edst nemus\u00edte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Opalovac\u00ed\nkr\u00e9my, antioxidanty aneb m\u00e1te r\u00e1di \u017elukl\u00e9 m\u00e1slo?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edte,\n\u017ee m\u00e1slo (\u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fd tuk) na slun\u00ed\u010dku velice brzy ze\u017eloutne a\nzkaz\u00ed se? Je to rychlej\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e ve tm\u011b, kde na n\u011bj nem\u016f\u017ee\np\u016fsobit UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed ze slun\u00ed\u010dka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u016f\u017ee\nobsahuje tuk, a p\u0159esto na\u0161e tuky v&nbsp;l\u00e9t\u011b ne\u017eloutnou. Nebo\nano? \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161inou\nne, d\u00edky antioxidant\u016fm z&nbsp;kvalitn\u00edho j\u00eddla. Tak\u00e9 nap\u0159\u00edklad\nz&nbsp;je\u010dmene a chlorelly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slune\u010dn\u00ed\nUV \u0161kod\u00ed, ale pokud m\u00e1te dost antioxidant\u016f, tak se v\u011bt\u0161inou\nnesp\u00e1l\u00edte. Va\u0161e\nt\u011blo si porad\u00ed d\u00edky <strong>vitaminu\nD z&nbsp;opalov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>.&nbsp;Vitam\u00edn\nD se ale netvo\u0159\u00ed v&nbsp;k\u016f\u017ei bez p\u016fsoben\u00ed UV, kdy\u017e pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te\nopalovac\u00ed kr\u00e9my (br\u00e1n\u00ed vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>P\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed\nvit. D<\/strong><\/em>\nbr\u00e1n\u00ed vzniku mnoh\u00fdch druh\u016f rakoviny a p\u016fsob\u00ed <em><strong>r\u00e1zn\u011b\nprotirakovinov\u011b<\/strong><\/em>\n(potla\u010duje r\u016fst rakovinn\u00fdch bun\u011bk). Ten vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 vznik voln\u00fdch radik\u00e1l\u016f podobn\u011b jako UV, tedy pr\u00e1v\u011b to, p\u0159ed \u010d\u00edm n\u00e1s maj\u00ed opalovac\u00ed kr\u00e9my chr\u00e1nit!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nena\u0161la jsem studii, potvrzuj\u00edc\u00ed, \u017ee d\u00edky opalovac\u00edm kr\u00e9m\u016fm m\u00e1me m\u00e9n\u011b vr\u00e1sek. D\u00edky kvalitn\u00edm kr\u00e9m\u016fm ano, ale ne d\u00edky opalovac\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011br:  V\u011bt\u0161ina \u0161kodlivin z&nbsp;kosmetiky se vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1 do krve a zp\u016fsobuje zdravotn\u00ed obt\u00ed\u017ee.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> M\u00e1m \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se chcete opalovat, tak navy\u0161te p\u0159\u00edsun je\u010dmene a chlorelly. Pom\u016f\u017eete vy\u010distit t\u011blo od \u0161kodlivin, dod\u00e1te hojiv\u00e9 enzymy antioxidanty, p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed karoteny a vit D se V\u00e1m p\u0159i slun\u011bn\u00ed, kdy se nenama\u017eete, proto\u017ee nemus\u00edte, r\u00e1d vytvo\u0159\u00ed. Pokud  u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te zelen\u00e9 potraviny del\u0161\u00ed dobu, jste dob\u0159e chr\u00e1n\u011bni. B\u011b\u017en\u00e9 letn\u00ed nez\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 pobyty na slunci zvl\u00e1dnete v\u011bt\u0161inou bez pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edky zelen\u00e1\u010d\u016fm Va\u0161e k\u016f\u017ee ne\u017elukne, bude m\u00edt v\u00edc antioxidant\u016f, budete se l\u00e9pe opalovat a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee se sp\u00e1l\u00edte, tak se budete viditeln\u011b l\u00e9pe hojit d\u00edky uveden\u00fdm antioxidant\u016fm, enzym\u016fm, hojiv\u00e9mu chlorofilu&#8230; V\u0161e prob\u011bhne p\u0159irozen\u011b a p\u0159\u00edrodn\u011b, tak n\u011bjak samo. M\u00e1m zku\u0161enosti, \u017ee miz\u00ed i slune\u010dn\u00ed alergie, pokud je v t\u011ble dostatek antioxidant\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Va\u0161e vy\u017eiven\u00e9 t\u011blo zvl\u00e1dne v\u0161e. M\u00e1me zelen\u00e9 pomocn\u00edky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nenechte se stra\u0161it! Ne v\u017edycky byli opalovac\u00ed kr\u00e9my s vysok\u00fdm faktorem a lidi byli venku v\u00edc ne\u017e dnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> L\u00e9to je p\u0159irozen\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st roku a opaluj\u00edc\u00ed&nbsp;slunce takt\u00e9\u017e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Od tohoto m\u011bs\u00edce budou samouzdravovac\u00ed novinky jen zde na str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch a na m\u00e9m facebooku. Nena\u0161la jsem \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho poskytovatele mailu, kter\u00fd by mi umo\u017enil odes\u00edlat hromadn\u011b mail, jako to bylo mo\u017eno doposud.
