Nerovnov\u00e1ha se  projev\u00ed jako neust\u00e1l\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed, pot\u00ed\u017ee s tr\u00e1ven\u00edm, opary, \u00fanava, brn\u011bn\u00ed kon\u010detin, chu\u0165 i nechu\u0165 na sladk\u00e9\u2026 <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>D\u016fv\u011b\u0159ujte sob\u011b a v\u0161emu co V\u00e1m do \u017eivota p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed. \u017divot je, a bude kr\u00e1sn\u00fd.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1m pro V\u00e1s bylinu magickou, l\u00e9\u010divou i jedovatou (u\u017e\u00edvejte v mal\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch a sb\u00edrejte v rukavic\u00edch). Kdo m\u00e1 z\u00e1jem a\u0165 \u010dte d\u00e1l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>M\u016fj\n7 a p\u016fldenn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017eov\u00fd p\u016fst.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Absolvovala jsem ho s man\u017eelem o pr\u00e1zdnin\u00e1ch. Oba m\u00e1me za sebou n\u011bjak\u00e9 to p\u016fstov\u00e1n\u00ed. Kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 p\u016fsty absolvujeme pravideln\u011b n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t v t\u00fddnu. Dokonce p\u0159ed mnoha lety jsme absolvovali dlouh\u00fd p\u016fst, ale bez z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u016fst u mne trval celkem 7 a p\u016fl dne u man\u017eela 7 dn\u00ed a byli jsme jen o vod\u011b. Rozhodli jsme se vyzkou\u0161et co to ud\u011bl\u00e1, kdy\u017e do p\u016fstu zapoj\u00edme i aktivity ve smyslu co t\u011b nezabije &#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mus\u00edm \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 BMI se pohybuje pod 20 a pod 17 se v\u016fbec nedoporu\u010duje d\u011blat dlouhodob\u00e9 p\u016fsty jen o vod\u011b. <strong><em>N\u00e1\u0161 dlouh\u00fd p\u016fst jsme nav\u00e1zali na kr\u00e1tk\u00fd 3 denn\u00ed p\u016fst, kter\u00fd jsme ukon\u010dili sn\u00eddan\u00ed a hned po n\u00ed jsme si dali uveden\u00fd 7 denn\u00ed<\/em><\/strong>. Budu ps\u00e1t hlavn\u011b o sv\u00fdch z\u00e1\u017eitc\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>1.\nDen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u011b\u0161\u00ed t\u00fara po hor\u00e1ch cca 35 km  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i turistice jsme pozorovali, \u017ee m\u00e1me men\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdkonnost (h\u016f\u0159 se n\u00e1m \u0161lapalo, zvl\u00e1dli jsme men\u0161\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenost). Pro mne to byl velice t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd den. M\u011bla jsem pocit, \u017ee m\u00e1m m\u00e1lo kysl\u00edku, bolely mne kosti, svaly, klouby, kr\u010dn\u00ed uzliny a za\u010dala jsem poci\u0165ovat i nekomfort v ledvin\u00e1ch, i kdy\u017e jsem pila  cca 2l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve\u010der jsem m\u011bla teplotu (st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b zima a horko) a pr\u016fjem (man\u017eel ho m\u011bl tak\u00e9). Z velik\u00e9 n\u00e1mahy mne hodn\u011b bolely nohy a m\u011bla jsem i \u0161patn\u00fd sp\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e1\npozitiva, krom\u011b toho, \u017ee nemus\u00edme \u0159e\u0161it j\u00eddlo jsem\nnezaznamenala. V rozhovorech jsme \u010dasto zabrousili na t\u00e9ma j\u00eddlo,\np\u0159ekvapiv\u011b mi to nevadilo (mo\u017en\u00e1 proto, \u017ee to pro mne bylo t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9\na kapacita na j\u00eddlo tam asi nebyla). Man\u017eelovi pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed o j\u00eddle\nvadilo. \u010clov\u011bk si automaticky \u010dast\u011bji v\u0161\u00edmal cedule s n\u00e1pisy o\nj\u00eddle a o restaurac\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>2.Den:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u011b\u0161\u00ed t\u016fra jen cca 12 km. V\u00edce jsme nebyli schopni d\u00e1t \u2013 celkov\u00fd \u00fatlum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po\u0159\u00e1d pocit \u017ee nemohu d\u00fdchat a ten mne prov\u00e1zel a\u017e do konce p\u016fstu, do konce p\u016fstu mne tak\u00e9 pobol\u00edvaly ledviny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159idaly se nav\u00edc bolesti d\u00e1sn\u00ed, u\u0161\u00ed, kr\u010dn\u00ed \u0161lachy a svaly. Pr\u016fjem u mne p\u0159etrv\u00e1val je\u0161t\u011b tento den.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>3.Den:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nV\u00fdlet\nna kolech 50 km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trval n\u00e1m d\u00e9le, ne\u017e bychom to dali norm\u00e1ln\u011b. Museli jsme ka\u017edou chv\u00edli odpo\u010d\u00edvat. Chv\u00edlemi jsem myslela, \u017ee u\u017e se po odpo\u010dinku nezvednu. Hlad tam nebyl, ale neskute\u010dn\u00e9 vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. Naopak mysl pracovala skv\u011ble, ale reflexy byly pomal\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Po v\u00fdletu absolutn\u00ed vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed, zvracela jsem. V noci op\u011bt teplota a op\u011bt jsem nemohla usnout (a\u017e do konce p\u016fstu jsem byla v noci vzh\u016fru. Byla jsem unaven\u00e1, ale sp\u00e1t mi ne\u0161lo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Byla jsem p\u0159ekvapen\u00e1, jak n\u00e1s t\u011blo neposlouch\u00e1, ale mysl je \u010dil\u00e1 \u2013 moc zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 zku\u0161enost. Zlep\u0161il se mi vzhled k\u016f\u017ee (byla o hodn\u011b vl\u00e1\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed) bohu\u017eel to nevydr\u017eelo, po dvou t\u00fddnech od p\u016fstu je to op\u011bt stejn\u00e9. Od tohoto dne jsme nepoci\u0165ovali velk\u00fd hlad, ale man\u017eel ho po\u0159\u00e1d v hlav\u011b m\u011bl \u2013 neust\u00e1le&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>4.\nDen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jen b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce doma a man\u017eel m\u011bl norm\u00e1ln\u00ed pracovn\u00ed den &#8211; kancel\u00e1\u0159.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Necht\u011blo se n\u00e1m nic d\u011blat, t\u011blo protestovalo. Ledviny mne od 4. dne bolely v\u00edc ne\u017e p\u0159edchoz\u00ed dny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u011bla jsem pocit, \u017ee mi miz\u00ed metli\u010dky a k\u0159e\u010dov\u00e9 \u017e\u00edly, ale op\u011bt to nevydr\u017eelo a po p\u016fstu se tam objevily tak jak p\u0159edt\u00edm, nev\u00edm, kam na tu chv\u00edli trochu zmizely. Zlep\u0161il se n\u00e1m sluch, poznali jsme to podle toho, \u017ee jsme si pustili hudbu na nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148 hlasitosti a m\u011bli jsme pocit, \u017ee by to bylo pot\u0159eba ztlumit, ale u\u017e to ne\u0161lo \u2013 zlep\u0161en\u00ed sluchu mysl\u00edm p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1 i nad\u00e1le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>5.\nDen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na zahrad\u011b (vykop\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed men\u0161\u00edch ke\u0159\u016f 5ks a p\u0159estavba zahrady, v\u0161e jsem d\u011blala sama).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pot\u00ed\u017ee s d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm jsou od dne\u0161n\u00edho dne jen v n\u00e1maze kdy\u017e jsem v klidu m\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee je v\u0161e v po\u0159\u00e1dku. Jsem za to r\u00e1da. Ten pocit, \u017ee se neust\u00e1le trochu dus\u00edm byl nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd. Mysl pracuje skv\u011ble, ale t\u011blo je slab\u00e9. V noci jsem nemohla sp\u00e1t na boku, m\u011bla jsem zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pocit, \u017ee se mi pol\u00e1mou \u017eebra jestli tak z\u016fstanu. Hodn\u011b mne bolely. Bolelo mne i v oblasti hrudn\u00ed kosti, prost\u011b velk\u00e1 bolest cel\u00fdch \u017eeber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>6.Den:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Velik\u00fd dom\u00e1c\u00ed \u00faklid. \u010ci\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed koberce a \u017eidl\u00ed, 3 pra\u010dky, vys\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, vyt\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed, \u00faklid koupelny, p\u0159evle\u010den\u00ed lo\u017en\u00edho pr\u00e1dla v\u0161em \u010dlen\u016fm dom\u00e1cnosti&#8230; nikdo mi nepom\u00e1hal, byla jsem sama doma .  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161imla jsem si, \u017ee se n\u00e1m s man\u017eelem zjemnily vr\u00e1sky kolem o\u010d\u00ed a na krku, ale op\u011bt p\u00e1r dn\u00ed po p\u016fstu to vymizelo. D\u00fdchalo se mi dob\u0159e, jen p\u0159i v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1maze trochu pocit nekomfortu. V noci jsem se op\u011bt budila. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee se mi malinko zat\u00e1hly kr\u010dky u zub\u016f a to pozoruji i nad\u00e1le. Dnes jsem myslela na j\u00eddlo a p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b na maso (gul\u00e1\u0161, slanina)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>7.Den:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cca 5 hodin str\u00e1ven\u00fdch na zahrad\u011b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edt\u00edm se o dost l\u00e9pe, M\u00e1m pocit, jako kdyby se mi uvolnil knedl\u00edk kolem srdce, jako kdybych tam m\u011bla v\u00edc prostoru a to mi tak\u00e9 z\u016fstalo. Ledviny bolely v\u00edc., m\u00e1m pocit jako kdybych v nich m\u011bla kam\u00ednky. (ten pocit jsem m\u011bla st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b je\u0161t\u011b cca t\u00fdden po p\u016fstu). Kone\u010dn\u011b jsem se vyspala. Op\u011bt  m\u00e1m my\u0161lenky na j\u00eddlo a t\u011b\u0161\u00edm se na sma\u017een\u00e1 vaj\u00ed\u010dka nebo volsk\u00e9 oko nebo slaninu \u2013 tu jsem nejedla n\u011bkolik let. P\u0159ekvapilo mne, \u017ee m\u00e1m chu\u0165 na \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00e1 j\u00eddla, ne\u017e b\u011b\u017en\u011b j\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>8.\nDen:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edt\u00edm se po\u0159\u00e1d hodn\u011b slab\u00e1, ale ostatn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky krom\u011b slabosti a bolesti ledvin vymizely. Moc jsem se t\u011b\u0161ila, a\u017e to  ve\u010der ukon\u010d\u00edm. Man\u017eel m\u011bl cestu autem do Prahy a tak si r\u00e1no pro jistotu si dal je\u010dmen a Chlorellu. Rozhodn\u011b poc\u00edtil p\u0159\u00edsun energie a sv\u011b\u017eesti. Odpoledne jsme p\u016fst ukon\u010dili pit\u00edm slan\u00e9 vody a cviky p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed na vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed st\u0159ev. K ve\u010de\u0159i jsme m\u011bli r\u00fd\u017ei s du\u0161enou mrkv\u00ed a po\u0159\u00e1dnou porc\u00ed m\u00e1sla. Chutnala jinak a moc jsme si ji u\u017eili.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>Co\nbylo d\u00e1l:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed den n\u00e1m s man\u017eelem nic nechutnalo, a\u0165 jsme zkusili cokoliv, bylo to divn\u00e9 chuti. Moje obl\u00edben\u00e9 bor\u016fvky mi chutnaly jako nalo\u017een\u00e9 v octu. Byly stra\u0161n\u011b kysel\u00e9 a j\u00eddla m\u011bly divn\u00e9, ne moc l\u00e1kav\u00e9 chut\u011b. B\u011bhem cca 3 dn\u016f se to srovnalo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zhubla jsem b\u011bhem p\u016fstu 6 kg, ale do t\u0159ech dn\u00ed jsem je m\u011bla zp\u011bt .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K v\u00fdkonnosti, kterou jsem m\u011bla p\u0159ed p\u016fstem jsem se dostala a\u017e za cca 3 t\u00fddny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Man\u017eel m\u011bl ze za\u010d\u00e1tku pocit, \u017ee p\u0159i\u0161el o svalovou hmotu, mo\u017en\u00e1 o n\u011bjakou ano, ale za cca t\u00fdden se mi zd\u00e1l op\u011bt stejn\u00fd jako p\u0159ed p\u016fstem. V\u00fdkonnost mu nab\u011bhla a\u017e po cca 6 t\u00fddnech. Poznali jsme to jednodu\u0161e, \u017ee nejsme schopni tahat stejn\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee a d\u011blat nam\u00e1hav\u00e9 v\u011bci stejn\u011b dlouho. Pot\u0159ebovali jsme prost\u011b regenerovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>Co\nse zlep\u0161ilo a z\u016fstalo ve zlep\u0161en\u00ed:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozoruji zlep\u0161en\u00ed sluchu, jsem v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pohod\u00e1\u0159, ne\u017e jsem byla, malinko se zlep\u0161ila hybnost t\u011bla a l\u00e9pe pozn\u00e1m, kdy\u017e se z t\u011blem d\u011bje n\u011bco, co mu ned\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e a tak mohu rychleji reagovat. M\u00e1m pocit uvoln\u011bn\u00ed v hrudn\u00edku, trochu m\u00e9n\u011b citliv\u00e9 d\u00e1sn\u011b, p\u0159estal se mi tolik tvo\u0159it zubn\u00ed k\u00e1men. Man\u017eel nepozoruje  nic:)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>Co\nsi mysl\u00edm, \u017ee se malinko zhor\u0161ilo:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1m asi trochu hor\u0161\u00ed k\u0159e\u010dov\u00e9 \u017e\u00edly, ale  c\u00edt\u00edm, \u017ee se v nich n\u011bco d\u011bje (nen\u00ed to bolest) a douf\u00e1m, \u017ee to mohu pozitivn\u011b ovlivnit. Je mi l\u00edto, \u017ee mi nez\u016fstala tak kr\u00e1sn\u00e1, hladk\u00e1 k\u016f\u017ee jako o p\u016fstu. Man\u017eel op\u011bt nic:)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\n<strong>M\u00e1\nto smysl?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee uveden\u00fd p\u016fst byl opravdu extr\u00e9mn\u011b fyzicky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd. Mysl\u00edm, \u017ee krat\u0161\u00ed a pravideln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u016fsty poslou\u017e\u00ed zdrav\u00ed l\u00e9pe (m\u00e1me zku\u0161enosti a pod\u011bl\u00edm se n\u011bkdy p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b), ne\u017e jeden dlouh\u00fd .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\nV\np\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee ho budete cht\u00edt absolvovat, ur\u010dit\u011b je lep\u0161\u00ed, aby\njste byli doma a v klidu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P\u0159eji V\u00e1m kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 Bab\u00ed l\u00e9to.
