Pot\u0159ebovala jsem \u010das na zformov\u00e1n\u00ed informace <strong>Pro\u010d nejsem zast\u00e1nce rou\u0161ek.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1m proto 3 d\u016fvody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prvn\u00ed je mikrobiologick\u00fd<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e t\u011blo m\u00e1 v&nbsp;sob\u011b mikrobiom (mikroorganizmy, kter\u00e9 v&nbsp;n\u011bm \u017eij\u00ed, pom\u00e1haj\u00ed mu nebo \u0161kod\u00ed a \u0161kol\u00ed imunitu). T\u011blo je uzp\u016fsobeno na neust\u00e1l\u00fd kontakt s&nbsp;okoln\u00edmi mikroorganizmy. Pokud to nem\u00e1 nebo ho omez\u00edme, doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed imunity. Sta\u010d\u00ed p\u00e1r t\u00fddn\u016f ve \u201esteriln\u00edm\u201c prost\u0159ed\u00ed, nebo n\u011bkolik hodin v&nbsp;rou\u0161ce a s&nbsp;desinfikovan\u00fdmi rucemi, rukavicemi, desinfikovan\u00fdmi prostory a t\u011blo ztr\u00e1c\u00ed impulzy pro rozvoj imunity. Z\u00e1konit\u011b dojde k&nbsp;poklesu a po n\u011bkoliker\u00e9m zopakov\u00e1n\u00ed se dokonce m\u016f\u017eou nastartovat autoimunitn\u00ed onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. N\u00ed\u017ee vysv\u011btl\u00edm co s&nbsp;t\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Druh\u00fd je v&nbsp;z\u00e1jmu pokroku a lidskosti:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jsme kontaktn\u00ed bytosti a bez kontaktu um\u00edr\u00e1me, p\u0159i nedostate\u010dn\u00e9m kontaktu (a\u0165 je jak\u00fdkoliv i \u0161\u0165ouchanec je lep\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e nic) degenerujeme intelektu\u00e1ln\u011b i citov\u011b. Pokud m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1lo kontakt\u016f s&nbsp;okoln\u00edmi bytostmi nejprve se st\u00e1v\u00e1 nerv\u00f3zn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a pozd\u011bji je i agresivn\u00ed a hloupne. U d\u011bt\u00ed se ztr\u00e1c\u00ed cit a maj\u00ed ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed IQ. D\u00edky koronaviru je n\u00e1m br\u00e1n\u011bno se potk\u00e1vat a reagovat na sebe (2m odstupy). Zat\u00edm si nedok\u00e1\u017eeme p\u0159edstavit jak\u00e9 n\u00e1sledky to m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u0159et\u00ed je v&nbsp;z\u00e1jmu svobody:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to dobr\u00fd pokus jak si mocn\u00ed mohou vyzkou\u0161et co jim je\u0161t\u011b projde a jak ovl\u00e1dat masy. Svobodu jsme si stalet\u00ed t\u011b\u017ece budovali, nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 si ji mal\u00fdmi nen\u00e1padn\u00fdmi kroky, kter\u00e9 vypadaj\u00ed v&nbsp;po\u0159\u00e1dku, nechat vz\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co s&nbsp;t\u00edm (je to m\u016fj n\u00e1zor nen\u00ed v\u0161esp\u00e1sn\u00fd, ale mysl\u00edm, \u017ee v&nbsp;mnoh\u00e9m by mohl pomoct)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>V&nbsp;prvn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Noste rou\u0161ky jen v&nbsp;rizikov\u00fdch m\u00edstech nebo tam, kde byste jinak d\u011bsili (lep\u0161\u00ed je vysv\u011btlovat) \u2013 nemocnice, obchody, \u0161koly, \u00fa\u0159ady\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud jste v&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b a na 2 metry nikdo nen\u00ed, nenoste rou\u0161ku. V\u017edy kdy\u017e je mo\u017enost si ji sundat tak ji sund\u00e1vejte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e jste okolnostmi nuceni ji m\u00edt dlouho (prodava\u010dky\u2026), pak doma a venku ji nenoste, pracujte na zahrad\u011b, nebo s&nbsp;n\u011b\u010d\u00edm \u201enesteriln\u00edm\u201c, doma nic nedezinfikujte, \u017eijte jako p\u0159edt\u00edm, cho\u010fte na proch\u00e1zky alespo\u0148 15 min, nebo se v\u011bnujte sportu a otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>V&nbsp;druh\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edce se obj\u00edmejte a hla\u010fte doma. Vyplav\u00ed se endorfiny a zlep\u0161\u00ed imunita a vztahy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imunita = \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed a radost = imunita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se c\u00edt\u00edte dob\u0159e, nav\u0161t\u011bvujte sv\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00e9. Bez Va\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy neum\u0159ou na kovid, ale ur\u010dit\u011b se jim st\u00fdsk\u00e1 a i na to se um\u00edr\u00e1. Kdy\u017e jste pozitivn\u00ed a nev\u00edte o tom ud\u011bl\u00e1te obj\u011bt\u00edm a z\u00e1jmem v\u00edce u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, ne\u017e si dovedete p\u0159edstavit. Nelze \u017e\u00edt kvalitn\u00ed \u017eivot se strachem z&nbsp;n\u011b\u010deho, co nemohu ovl\u00e1dnout. Mnohokr\u00e1t v&nbsp;\u017eivot\u011b ubl\u00ed\u017e\u00edte, proto\u017ee jste to nev\u011bd\u011bli (nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161patn\u00fdm slovem z&nbsp;nepochopen\u00ed situace a to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee u\u017e nebudete mluvit). Nem\u016f\u017eete se te\u010f uzav\u0159\u00edt a ne\u017e\u00edt jen proto, \u017ee by mohla vzniknout nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1 situace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naopak ob\u011bt\u00ed je i bezpe\u010dn\u00e9. Ruce m\u00e1te na z\u00e1dech obj\u00edman\u00e9ho a \u00fasta m\u00e1te od sebe dost daleko. Je to bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pod\u00e1n\u00ed ruky a zdravotn\u011b k&nbsp;nezaplacen\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Ve t\u0159et\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dodr\u017eujte pravidla spole\u010dnosti, a vysv\u011btlujte, \u017ee chcete zm\u011bnu v&nbsp;syst\u00e9mu, \u017ee se V\u00e1m tento stav nel\u00edb\u00ed. Je dobr\u00e9 m\u00edt i n\u00e1pad jak z&nbsp;toho ven (ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt sv\u00fdm, a\u0165 nejsme jen st\u011b\u017eovatel\u00e9). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u016fj n\u00e1pad je: Lidem by se m\u011bli vysv\u011btlit z\u00e1kladn\u00ed nezbytn\u00e1 pravidla a d\u016fsledky, kdy\u017e se budou nebo nebudou dodr\u017eovat. M\u011bla by se jim vysv\u011btlit jejich d\u016fle\u017eitost v&nbsp;celku, \u017ee svoboda = odpov\u011bdnost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed by m\u011bla b\u00fdt tam, kde to je nezbytn\u00e9. Ostatn\u00ed by se m\u011blo nechat na jednotliv\u00fdch lidech.
