Je to obdob\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m (ne na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed org\u00e1n), a to <strong>termoregulaci t\u011bla<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 se nastavuje z velik\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed energie a podn\u011bt\u016f do postupn\u00e9ho zklidn\u011bn\u00ed a chladu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 termoregulace se pohybuje v&nbsp;rozmez\u00ed 35,5 \u2013 37.2\u00b0C. Z\u00e1vis\u00ed na okol\u00ed, zdrav\u00ed, nap\u011bt\u00ed v&nbsp;t\u011ble, fyzick\u00e9m v\u00fdkonu, spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m fungov\u00e1n\u00ed termoregula\u010dn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f &#8211; mozku, \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy a nadledvinek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projevy nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9 termoregulace:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Celkov\u00e1 nevysv\u011btliteln\u00e1 nepohoda<\/li><li>Slabost na omdlen\u00ed, mot\u00e1n\u00ed nebo bolest hlavy<\/li><li>\u010cast\u00e9 pocen\u00ed, studen\u00fd pot, zvracen\u00ed<\/li><li>nestabiln\u00ed teplota<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co pom\u00e1h\u00e1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud m\u00e1me pocit, \u017ee je n\u00e1m neust\u00e1le horko pot\u0159ebujeme zchladit nejenom fyzicky ale i na duchovn\u00ed b\u00e1zi (m\u00e9n\u011b adrenalinu, vyp\u011bt\u00ed, nech\u00e1vat v\u00edce prostoru na projev ostatn\u00edch\u2026) V\u011b\u0159me lidem, \u017ee to s&nbsp;n\u00e1mi mysl\u00ed dob\u0159e a \u017ee nemus\u00edme v\u0161e zvl\u00e1dnout sami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud n\u00e1m b\u00fdv\u00e1 \u010dasto zima pot\u0159ebujeme zah\u0159\u00edvat i psychiku (chyb\u00ed n\u00e1m radost ze \u017eivota, p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 situace, osoby\u2026). Je dobr\u00e9 si v\u00edce v\u011b\u0159it<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se \u010dasto pot\u00edte a m\u00e1te horkost v t\u011ble \u2013 zastavte se. Nadechn\u011bte se a ve\u0161ker\u00e9 emoce hn\u011bvu, vzteku, zlosti a nap\u011bt\u00ed vydechn\u011bte. Netla\u010dte na sebe, nau\u010dte se nech\u00e1vat v\u0161emu voln\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh, radujte se z mali\u010dkost\u00ed a bu\u010fte klidn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zlep\u0161en\u00ed stavu termoregulace v\u00fdrazn\u011b pom\u00e1h\u00e1 otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed (st\u0159\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed tepla a chladu) a nav\u00edc je na to ide\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010das, pokud chcete s&nbsp;otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm za\u010d\u00edt. V\u00fdborn\u00e9 je za\u0159azen\u00ed pohybu. Tancujte, b\u011bhejte, fyzicky pracujte, dov\u00e1d\u011bjte, co v\u00e1m jen s\u00edly a energie dovol\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dobr\u00e9 je pit\u00ed vody (ne ledov\u00e9) nebo ovocn\u00e9 a zeleninov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy nap\u0159.je\u010dmen, aroma oleje jako je m\u00e1ta, citr\u00f3n, levandule nebo verbena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vhodn\u00e9 potraviny:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odleh\u010den\u00fd j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek \u2013 konzumovat co je \u010derstv\u00e9 nebo lehce tepeln\u011b upraven\u00e9, v hojn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e zeleninu. \u00da\u017easn\u00e9 jsou melouny, citrusy, jablka, ostru\u017einy, maliny, broskve, r\u016fzn\u00e9 ovocn\u00e9 smoothie a \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy. Ze zeleniny je ide\u00e1ln\u00ed cuketa, lilek, okurky, raj\u010data, brokolice, kv\u011bt\u00e1k, syrov\u00e1 petr\u017eel, \u0159edkvi\u010dky, mo\u0159sk\u00e9 \u0159asy, \u010dekanka, fazolky, \u0161pen\u00e1t, zelen\u00fd sal\u00e1t a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b r\u016fzn\u00e9 kombinace jejich \u0161\u0165\u00e1v. M\u016f\u017eeme si dop\u0159\u00e1t zakysan\u00e9 ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky. Z obilovin j\u00e1hly, je\u010dmen, \u017eito, r\u00fd\u017ee a kuku\u0159ice. Z&nbsp;lu\u0161t\u011bnin s\u00f3ja, mungo fazolky a kl\u00ed\u010dky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejide\u00e1ln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pit\u00ed je voda, nebo t\u0159eba s citr\u00f3nem a m\u00e1tou \u010di ovocem, okurkou. Z \u010daj\u016f m\u00e1tov\u00fd, kop\u0159ivov\u00fd, medu\u0148kov\u00fd, \u0161alv\u011bjov\u00fd, rooibos nebo zelen\u00fd \u010daj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dop\u0159ejte si lymfatick\u00e9 mas\u00e1\u017ee a&nbsp;volna tolik, kolik m\u016f\u017eete.
