Skl\u00edz\u00edme, co jsme zaseli doposud a p\u0159ipravujeme sem\u00ednka pro novou sklize\u0148 (plat\u00ed to i duchovn\u011b). Proto bu\u010fme bd\u011bl\u00ed, ale ne p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161liv\u00ed, sp\u00ed\u0161e otev\u0159en\u00ed a vn\u00edmav\u00ed. Te\u010f n\u00e1m to p\u016fjde l\u00e9pe. Te\u010f je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e1me \u0161anci dovy\u017eivit ducha i t\u011blo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed je obdob\u00ed <strong><em>Sleziny a Slinivky<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slezina se pod\u00edl\u00ed na obranyschopnosti. Pokud jsme n\u00e1chyln\u00ed k onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, je to jej\u00ed oslaben\u00ed. Pod\u00edl\u00ed se i na vitalit\u011b a chuti do \u017eivota. Slinivka, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, a m\u00e1 na starost sliznice. Symbolizuje l\u00e1sku, se kterou m\u00e1me p\u0159istupovat k \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oslaben\u00ed slinivky a sleziny:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mezi projevy pat\u0159\u00ed, starostlivost, nadm\u011brn\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed, tvorba opar\u016f, porucha za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed, nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed, n\u00e1chylnost k mod\u0159in\u00e1m, \u00fanava, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 imunita nebo i snaha pou\u010dovat. Extr\u00e9mn\u00ed chu\u0165 na sladk\u00e9 nebo naopak absolutn\u00ed nechu\u0165 na sladk\u00e1 j\u00eddla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak se dostat do rovnov\u00e1hy?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Ka\u017ed\u00fd den ochutnejte v\u0161ech 5 chut\u00ed (slan\u00e1, sladk\u00e1, p\u00e1liv\u00e1 ho\u0159k\u00e1 a kysel\u00e1).<\/li><li>Omezte cukr a b\u00edlou mouku, \u010dokol\u00e1du, p\u0159epalovan\u00e1 j\u00eddla a alkohol.<\/li><li>Pomalu zapome\u0148te na zmrzlinu (u\u017e jen kdy\u017e je hodn\u011b teplo).<\/li><li>Vyh\u00fdbejte se vlhk\u00e9mu prost\u0159ed\u00ed, jako sauna nebo p\u00e1ra.<\/li><li>Za\u0159a\u010fte:v\u0161e, co je p\u0159irozen\u011b sladk\u00e9 a to, co n\u00e1m p\u0159\u00edroda nyn\u00ed nab\u00edz\u00ed.<\/li><li>Tak\u00e9 pobyt na \u010derstv\u00e9m vzduchu a denn\u00edm sv\u011btle pom\u016f\u017ee zharmonizovat oba tyto org\u00e1ny.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Dobr\u00e9 je kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 opalov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt z\u00e1rove\u0148 otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Meditujte a u\u017e\u00edvejte si proch\u00e1zek p\u0159i z\u00e1padu nebo v\u00fdchodu slunce.<\/li><li>Mas\u00edrujte se.<\/li><li>Nep\u0159ep\u00ednejte se a cho\u010fte brzo sp\u00e1t a brzo vst\u00e1vejte.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Z obilovin jsou vhodn\u00e9 j\u00e1hly a sladk\u00e1 r\u00fd\u017ee, ze zeleniny v\u0161e, co je \u017elut\u00e9, kulat\u00e9 a co roste nad zem\u00ed nap\u0159. d\u00fdn\u011b, brambory, kuku\u0159ice nebo cibule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vn\u00edmejme kr\u00e1sy kolem n\u00e1s, d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ujme sob\u011b a v\u0161emu, co n\u00e1m p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do \u017eivota.
