I slunce m\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b s\u00edlu. I kdy\u017e se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed zima p\u0159\u00edroda si hraje na radost a rozmanitost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu radost a rozmanitost V\u00e1m p\u0159eji. Hledejte ji ve v\u0161ech v\u011bcech, setk\u00e1n\u00edch a v&nbsp;sob\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159\u00edroda vypad\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b spoustu energie, u\u017e ale za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 ukl\u00e1dat a \u0161et\u0159it. I my bychom m\u011bli zvolnit, odpo\u010d\u00edvat, sn\u00edt meditovat, proch\u00e1zet se, v\u011bnovat se t\u011blu a du\u0161i, vym\u00fd\u0161let pl\u00e1ny\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Org\u00e1nem t\u00e9to doby je \u017ealudek. Jeho \u00fakol je z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed hrub\u00e9 energie pro t\u011blo, a i my bychom m\u011bli dob\u0159e zpracov\u00e1vat emoce, touhy, \u017eivotn\u00ed situace a a\u017e pak je nechat p\u016fsobit ve vnit\u0159.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017daludek ukazuje na schopnost p\u0159ijmout co n\u00e1s \u010dek\u00e1. Schopnost otev\u0159\u00edt se nov\u00fdm v\u011bcem. Str\u00e1vit emoce a my\u0161lenky je tak\u00e9 jeho \u00fakol. Jestli se poda\u0159\u00ed te\u010f p\u0159ijmout ne\u010dekan\u00e9 nebo t\u011b\u017ece straviteln\u00e9 v\u011bci, m\u00e1me postar\u00e1no o n\u00e1dhern\u00fd zbytek roku a\u017e do p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edho \u0159\u00edjna, proto\u017ee v\u0161e n\u00e1m p\u016fjde sn\u00e1z. Pokud to neposlechneme m\u016f\u017eeme si zat\u00ed\u017eit \u017ealudek. Proto\u017ee je to emo\u010dn\u011b velmi citliv\u00fd org\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projevy oslaben\u00ed \u017ealudku:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159i p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017een\u00ed sv\u00fdch pot\u0159eb m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout z\u00e1n\u011bt \u017ealudku (mohou b\u00fdt a\u017e v\u0159edy). Pokud \u010dlov\u011bk dosp\u011bl a\u017e k v\u0159ed\u016fm tak chce trp\u011bt, chce t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem uk\u00e1zat, jak pot\u0159ebuje pozornost a l\u00e1sku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud trp\u00edte na nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u00e1len\u00ed \u017e\u00e1hy, kazivost zub\u016f, paradentozu, zam\u011b\u0159te se na to, co od \u017eivota opravdu chcete, ne na to, co se o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 nebo co byste m\u011bli cht\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak se dostat do rovnov\u00e1hy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uv\u011bdomit si, \u017ee to, co opravdu chci, je pro mne nakonec to nejlep\u0161\u00ed i kdy\u017e to tak nevypad\u00e1. Dejte \u0161anci sv\u00fdm touh\u00e1m, sn\u016fm se projevit, v\u011b\u0159te \u017eivotu, \u017ee m\u00e1 pro V\u00e1s to nejlep\u0161\u00ed nachystan\u00e9 a on nejl\u00e9pe v\u00ed, jak V\u00e1s k\u00a0tomu dostat. <\/strong>Pokl\u00e1dejte si ot\u00e1zky D\u011bl\u00e1m to opravdu pro sebe, m\u00e1m se r\u00e1d? Je nutn\u00e9 j\u00eddlo rozkousat tak, aby bylo skoro tekut\u00e9. U\u017e\u00edvejte si v\u016fni barvy a chu\u0165 j\u00eddla, <strong><em>v\u017edy\u0165 to d\u00e1 tolik pr\u00e1ce ho dostat na st\u016fl tak stoj\u00ed za pov\u0161imnut\u00ed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozorujte se, co V\u00e1m ned\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e a tento m\u011bs\u00edc to vynechte z&nbsp;j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku. Doporu\u010duji hodn\u011b ko\u0159enit, (saturejka, major\u00e1nka, bazalka, km\u00edn\u2026) pom\u00e1h\u00e1te tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a podporuje psychiku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co j\u00edst?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiln\u00e9 ka\u0161e, tepl\u00e9 pol\u00e9vky du\u0161enou zeleninu. Zahrada n\u00e1m nab\u00edz\u00ed sladkou zeleninu (kedlubny, mrkev, \u010dervenou \u0159epu, celer\u2026, d\u00e1le cukety, d\u00fdn\u011b).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pomalu p\u0159ejd\u011bme od sal\u00e1t\u016f k&nbsp;du\u0161en\u00ed, va\u0159en\u00ed a pe\u010den\u00ed.
