Je i m\u00edstem podv\u011bdom\u00ed, na\u0161ich nejhlub\u0161\u00edch obav, strach\u016f a stinn\u00fdch str\u00e1nek, kter\u00e9 d\u00edky tomuto obdob\u00ed v\u00edce vyl\u00e9zaj\u00ed na povrch pokud se ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed. P\u0159ipus\u0165te si sv\u00e9 stinn\u00e9 str\u00e1nky, mnohokr\u00e1t to sta\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak se projevuje oslaben\u00ed tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; zejm\u00e9na z\u00e1cpou, pr\u016fjmem nebo kru\u010den\u00edm, oslaben\u00edm imunity (nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed org\u00e1n na\u0161\u00ed imunity, v\u00edc ne\u017e 70 %). Mo\u017en\u00e1 zjist\u00edme, \u017ee m\u00e1me rezervy, \u017ee n\u00e1s na\u0161i bl\u00edzc\u00ed nech\u00e1pou, ale mo\u017en\u00e1 tak\u00e9, \u017ee n\u00e1s za\u010dnou poslouchat, \u017ee to budou jedny z t\u011bch chvil na kter\u00e9 budeme dlouho vzpom\u00ednat, a \u017ee m\u00e1me nejlep\u0161\u00ed rodinu na sv\u011bt\u011b. <strong><em>Nejlep\u0161\u00edm v\u00e1no\u010dn\u00edm d\u00e1rkem jste vy sami.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podporujme jak\u00fdmkoliv zp\u016fsobem dobrou atmosf\u00e9ru doma co se te\u010f povede, d\u00e9le vydr\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 potraviny n\u00e1m pomohou pos\u00edlit tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; dostatek vl\u00e1kniny, zeleniny, ovoce a vody \u00a0(ne n\u00e1poj\u016f,  ale vody, nejl\u00e9pe hork\u00e9), r\u00fd\u017ee, oves, pohanka, nebo \u010dern\u00e1 \u010do\u010dka, \u010desnek (tak\u00e9 ni\u010d\u00ed parazity), cibule, p\u00f3rek, z\u00e1zvor, \u010dern\u00e1 \u0159edkev, kysan\u00e9 zel\u00ed, r\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e1 kapusta<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; &nbsp;jablka, hru\u0161ky, kaki, kokosov\u00fd o\u0159ech, f\u00edky, vla\u0161sk\u00e9 o\u0159echy (pozor na mno\u017estv\u00ed, jsou h\u016f\u0159e tr\u00e1veny), jedl\u00e9 ka\u0161tany, med \u010di su\u0161en\u00e9 lesn\u00ed houby<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; &nbsp;t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161echny druhy ryb (p\u0159ipravujeme se zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm ko\u0159en\u00edm) a tu\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; bylinky, zejm\u00e9na km\u00edn, fenykl, an\u00fdz, mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek, sko\u0159ice, h\u0159eb\u00ed\u010dek, bady\u00e1n &#8211; v\u0161echny proh\u0159\u00edvaj\u00ed a navozuj\u00ed dobrou n\u00e1ladu, nav\u00edc jsou velice desinfek\u010dn\u00ed a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed tr\u00e1ven\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hlavn\u00ed je udr\u017eovat dostate\u010dnou pauzu mezi j\u00eddly.
