D\u00edky n\u011bmu p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me \u017eiviny do organismu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, jakou energii (potravu i du\u0161evn\u00ed) p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se projev\u00ed oslaben\u00ed tenk\u00e9ho st\u0159eva?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenk\u00e9 st\u0159evo chr\u00e1n\u00ed srdce, zabra\u0148uje horkosti a nap\u011bt\u00ed.
