Typy termoregulace jsou \u2013 nervov\u00e1 (pocen\u00ed, t\u0159es) a hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed (tvo\u0159ena \u0161t\u00edtnou \u017el\u00e1zou a nadledvinkami).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probl\u00e9my termoregulace jsou vnit\u0159n\u00ed (nadbytek \u010di nedostate\u010dnost = onemocn\u011bn\u00ed), a&nbsp;vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (teplo, chlad, fyzick\u00e1 aktivita). T\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota pod 35 \u00b0C je podchlazen\u00ed a nad 37 \u00b0C je p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku srpna se t\u011blo p\u0159eh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 a&nbsp;na konci u\u017e n\u00e1m m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Jak poznat pot\u00ed\u017ee?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1te hus\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei, t\u0159es, pocit na omdlen\u00ed, mot\u00e1 se, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b bol\u00ed hlava, pocen\u00ed, nebo zvracen\u00ed?
