M\u011bs\u00edc rann\u00edch mraz\u00edk\u016f a spadan\u00e9ho list\u00ed: P\u0159\u00edroda se uti\u0161uje a my m\u00e1me pot\u0159ebu b\u00fdt doma. U\u010d\u00edme se hospoda\u0159it s energi\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako p\u0159\u00edroda. V\u00edce se projevuj\u00ed deprese, strachy a \u0161patn\u00e1 n\u00e1lada. Je to norm\u00e1ln\u00ed, jen je dobr\u00e9 to pozorovat a p\u016fsobit pozitivn\u011b na to, co to vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Jak se oslaben\u00ed plic projev\u00ed?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du\u0161nost, ka\u0161el, v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 \u00fanava, bu\u0161en\u00ed srdce, vysych\u00e1n\u00ed pleti, astma a z\u00e1pal plic. Pokud m\u00e1te zahlen\u011bn\u00e9 pl\u00edce, m\u00e1te zanesen\u00e1 a zahlen\u011bn\u00e1 i st\u0159eva. Na \u00farovni du\u0161evn\u00ed je to neschopnost nebo nechu\u0165 komunikace a smutn\u00e1 n\u00e1lada. Pokud m\u00e1te p\u0159irozen\u011b tich\u00fd hlas m\u00e1te slab\u0161\u00ed pl\u00edce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Jak dostaneme pl\u00edce do rovnov\u00e1hy?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nutn\u00e9 chodit sp\u00e1vat i vst\u00e1vat brzo. Zp\u00edvejte, zlep\u0161\u00ed to n\u00e1ladu a provzdu\u0161n\u00ed a vy\u010dist\u00ed pl\u00edce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pozornost sm\u011b\u0159ujme na sebe, ne na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sv\u011bt. I kdy\u017e po\u010das\u00ed nel\u00e1k\u00e1, je pot\u0159eba pob\u00fdvat venku, vyh\u00fdbat se \u0161pinav\u00e9mu vzduchu a dlouh\u00fdm no\u010dn\u00edm aktivit\u00e1m. Je vhodn\u00e9 za\u0159adit dechov\u00e9 techniky. Bez dechu nen\u00ed \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na du\u0161evn\u00ed \u00farovni pracujme na otev\u0159en\u00e9 komunikaci, toleranci, um\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159ij\u00edmat i d\u00e1vat a svobodn\u011b se nadechnout. Astma je typick\u00e9 nerovnov\u00e1hou mezi d\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm a bran\u00edm. Astma n\u00e1s dus\u00ed, i kdy\u017e je kolem pro v\u0161echny vzduchu dost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u010dme se:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>p\u0159ij\u00edmat = mo\u017enost voln\u011b se nadechnout do cel\u00fdch plic<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a d\u00e1vat = \u010dist\u011b vydechnout to kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 v&nbsp;n\u00e1s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Jak\u00e9 potraviny pos\u00edl\u00ed pl\u00edce?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vhodn\u00e9 za\u0159adit tepl\u00e9 potraviny, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m dodaj\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy (pol\u00e9vky om\u00e1\u010dky). Z obilovin natural r\u00fd\u017ee, oves a z lu\u0161t\u011bnin hn\u011bd\u00e1 \u010do\u010dka, b\u00edl\u00e9 fazole a tofu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zelenina: b\u00edl\u00e1 \u0159edkev, zel\u00ed, kedlubna, p\u00f3rek, mrkev, kva\u0161en\u00e1 zelenina, cibule, k\u0159en, \u010desnek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovoce: hru\u0161ka, hrozny, jablka, su\u0161en\u00e9 \u0161vestky, meru\u0148ky a datle. Ko\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s zah\u0159eje \u2013 sko\u0159ice, fenykl, an\u00fdz, km\u00edn, l\u00e9ko\u0159ice, koriandr nebo z\u00e1zvor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jsou vhodn\u00e9 i houby, vla\u0161sk\u00e9 o\u0159echy, med, a \u010daje, kter\u00e9 posiluj\u00ed pl\u00edce a&nbsp;pr\u016fdu\u0161ky \u2013 jitrocel, mate\u0159\u00eddou\u0161ka, m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dek, plicn\u00edk, p\u0159esli\u010dka, kop\u0159iva, rdesno pta\u010d\u00ed, \u0159eb\u0159\u00ed\u010dek a zelen\u00fd \u010daj. Takt\u00e9\u017e n\u00e1m hodn\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee chorella se sv\u00fdm \u010dist\u00edc\u00edm \u00fa\u010dinkem na st\u0159evo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a\u017e do jara vypust\u00edme, vn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed chlad a zahle\u0148uj\u00ed. Zvy\u0161te p\u0159\u00edjem potravin bohat\u00fdch na p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed vitamin C a\u00a0ho\u0159\u010d\u00edk (tady maj\u00ed je\u010dmen a chlorela nezastupiteln\u00e9 m\u00edsto).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Listopad je obdob\u00ed posilov\u00e1n\u00ed imunity, proto\u017ee se radik\u00e1ln\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.
