Mnoho \u010dinnost\u00ed v&nbsp;kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 dob\u011b, a kr\u00e1sn\u00fd spiritu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010das pos\u00edlen\u00fd dlouh\u00fdmi nocemi. Tak\u00e9 se n\u00e1m do \u017eivota zase za\u010dne vracet slunce p\u0159\u00edslib tepla a radosti. Hodnot\u00edme uplynul\u00fd rok a t\u011b\u0161\u00edme se, co n\u00e1m ten nast\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159inese. Jsme v\u00edce s&nbsp;rodinou a se sebou<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V prosinci je ohro\u017eeno <strong><em>tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo<\/em><\/strong>, kter\u00e9 odv\u00e1d\u00ed \u201eodpad\u201c z&nbsp;t\u011bla. Z hlediska psychiky je tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo m\u00edstem podv\u011bdom\u00ed, a tak\u00e9 nejhlub\u0161\u00edch obav, strach\u016f a stinn\u00fdch str\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak se projevuje jeho oslaben\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>z\u00e1cpou, pr\u016fjmem, kru\u010den\u00edm ve st\u0159evech. Tak\u00e9 se m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159idat oslaben\u00ed imunity (tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm org\u00e1nem na\u0161\u00ed imunity). Souvis\u00ed se sliznicemi a jeho oslaben\u00ed se projevuje i ve form\u011b r\u00fdm, vir\u00f3z, krv\u00e1cen\u00edm z nosu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo je zmen\u0161eninou t\u011bla, je to soustava, kter\u00e1 stimuluje cel\u00fd organismus. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fasek stimuluje ur\u010dit\u00fd org\u00e1n, a proto, kdy\u017e je n\u011bkter\u00fd \u00fasek zanesen, odraz\u00ed se to ve funk\u010dnosti dan\u00e9ho org\u00e1nu a doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke vzniku onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u0159evo p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1 skrze st\u011bnu l\u00e1tky do t\u011bla. \u010cist\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1 vitam\u00edny, vodu a soli do krve a vy\u017eivuje organismus. Pokud je zanesen\u00e9, tak se do t\u011bla dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed i l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s oslabuj\u00ed. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 ne\u010distoty pak ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed k\u016f\u017e\u00ed ve form\u011b ekz\u00e9m\u016f nebo pup\u00ednk\u016f a akn\u00e9. \u010cast\u00e1 \u00fanava, podv\u00fd\u017eiva organismu (a to i u osob ob\u00e9zn\u00edch), bolesti hlavy, migr\u00e9ny, bolesti v oblasti bedern\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e nebo opary na doln\u00edm rtu to je tak\u00e9 tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak se dostat do rovnov\u00e1hy?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je detoxikace, a za mne <em>na kvalitn\u00ed chlorellu nic nem\u00e1. <\/em>                                     Mo\u017en\u00fd je tak\u00e9 klyst\u00fdr, p\u016fst (kdy pijeme pouze vodu) nebo odleh\u010dovac\u00ed dny (kdy j\u00edme t\u0159eba jen ovoce, r\u00fd\u017ei nebo pijeme pouze \u010derstv\u00e9 ovocn\u00e9\/zeleninov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na psychiku je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Vn\u00edmejte sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby a napl\u0148ujte je. Hledejte odpov\u011bdi v sob\u011b, m\u00edsto \u201etam\u201c venku. Mnohdy jsou pr\u00e1v\u011b normy zven\u010d\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou, \u017ee m\u00e1me pocit, selh\u00e1n\u00ed (a selh\u00e1vaj\u00ed i na\u0161e st\u0159eva). St\u0159evo je na\u0161\u00ed temnou str\u00e1nkou a je pot\u0159eba ho prosv\u00edtit. Te\u010f je na to ide\u00e1ln\u00ed doba, proto\u017ee podv\u011bdom\u011b t\u00edhneme ke klidu a soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed na sebe, rodinu. Vyu\u017eijme to a poslouchejme co n\u00e1m doma \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed. Pod\u011bkujme jim za v\u0161e, d\u011blaj\u00ed to z&nbsp;l\u00e1sky k&nbsp;n\u00e1m a jsou jedin\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed znaj\u00ed na\u0161e strachy a temnoty. Mnohokr\u00e1t n\u00e1s znaj\u00ed l\u00e9pe ne\u017e my sami. Je pot\u0159eba vz\u00edt zodpov\u011bdnost za sebe do sv\u00fdch rukou a pod\u00edvat se v&nbsp;klidu na sebe zevnit\u0159, na\u0161e nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00ed okol\u00ed n\u00e1s podpo\u0159\u00ed. I proto je to obdob\u00ed nov\u00fdch viz\u00ed n\u00e1pad\u016f setk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a d\u00e1rk\u016f, abychom si s\u00e1hli do hlubin. Dostali jsme \u0161anci mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed napravit a t\u00edm se sprav\u00ed i st\u0159evo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 potraviny n\u00e1m pomohou pos\u00edlit tlust\u00e9 st\u0159evo?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dostatek vl\u00e1kniny (tady m\u00e1 nezastupiteln\u00e9 m\u00edsto chlorela), zeleniny, ovoce a vody. Udr\u017eovan\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 pauzy mezi j\u00eddly. Pokud pauza nen\u00ed, potrava ve st\u0159evech zahn\u00edv\u00e1, jsme nafouknut\u00ed, unaven\u00ed, je n\u00e1m t\u011b\u017eko a&nbsp;trp\u00edme nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z obilovin r\u00fd\u017ee, oves nebo pohanka. Z lu\u0161t\u011bnin \u010dern\u00e1 \u010do\u010dka. D\u00e1le \u010desnek, kter\u00fd je pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n i jako vypuzova\u010d st\u0159evn\u00edch parazit\u016f, cibule, p\u00f3rek, z\u00e1zvor, \u010dern\u00e1 \u0159edkev, kysan\u00e9 zel\u00ed nebo r\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e1 kapusta. Z ovoce jablka, hru\u0161ky, f\u00edky, kaki, kokosov\u00fd o\u0159ech, vla\u0161sk\u00e9 o\u0159echy, ka\u0161tany, med \u010di su\u0161en\u00e9 lesn\u00ed houby. Z&nbsp;bylinek ty, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, km\u00edn, fenykl, an\u00fdz a zah\u0159ej\u00ed n\u00e1s mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek, z\u00e1zvor, sko\u0159ice.
