P\u0159\u00edroda sp\u00ed a sb\u00edr\u00e1 s\u00edlu. Je pot\u0159eba v\u00edce sp\u00e1t, odpo\u010d\u00edvat, a shroma\u017e\u010fovat du\u0161evn\u00ed i fyzick\u00e9 s\u00edly. I proto je dobr\u00e1 detoxikace fyzick\u00e1 i du\u0161evn\u00ed, aby v\u0161e, co p\u0159ijde, na\u0161lo p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 p\u016fdy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zima je jin a energie je m\u00e1lo. Mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159 je te\u010f nejv\u00edce oslaben. Je to m\u00edsto, vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed \u201eodpadn\u00ed vody\u201c, proto m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 na mo\u010d\u00e1k vlyv i n\u00e1\u0161 psychick\u00fd odpad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Jak se oslaben\u00ed projevuje?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bji z\u00e1n\u011bty mo\u010dovod\u016f a&nbsp;mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e, r\u016fzn\u00e9 myk\u00f3zy, z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed mo\u010dovod\u016f a trubice. Projevem je \u010dast\u00e9 chozen\u00ed na toaletu doprov\u00e1zen\u00e9 p\u00e1len\u00edm nebo i&nbsp;bolest\u00ed p\u0159i mo\u010den\u00ed a v podb\u0159i\u0161ku. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sv\u011btle \u017elut\u00e1 barva mo\u010di ukazuje na dostatek tekutin v t\u011ble, naopak tmav\u011b \u017elut\u00e1 na jejich nedostatek. Dal\u0161\u00ed projevy jsou studen\u00e9 ruce a nohy (pozor na jejich prochladnut\u00ed), no\u010dn\u00ed mo\u010den\u00ed, z\u00e1n\u011bty st\u0159edn\u00edho ucha, hluchota, no\u010dn\u00ed m\u016fry a pomo\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed u d\u011bt\u00ed (tlak rodi\u010d\u016f a&nbsp;\u0161koly), bolesti zad (obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 v bedern\u00ed oblasti a oblasti kr\u010dn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e), ztuhlost kolem cel\u00e9 p\u00e1te\u0159e a&nbsp;probl\u00e9my s kostmi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duchovn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou je lp\u011bn\u00ed na n\u00e1zorech, strach z uvoln\u011bn\u00ed. Z\u00e1n\u011bt a bolest jsou hluboko ukryt\u00e9 slzy a k\u0159ivdy, kter\u00e9 souvis\u00ed se vztahy. Zbavme se v\u0161eho star\u00e9ho, vyjad\u0159ujme sv\u00e9 nitern\u00e9 pocity, p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 i nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Jak se dostat do rovnov\u00e1hy?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Je pot\u0159eba hl\u00eddat dostatek tekutin, vyhnout se um\u011ble sladk\u00e9mu (n\u00e1poje, cukr). Sladk\u00e9 znemo\u017en\u00ed odplavit choroboplodn\u00e9 bakterie z t\u011bla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smyslov\u00fdm org\u00e1nem mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e jsou u\u0161i, d\u00e1vejte si pozor na jejich ofouknut\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud to p\u0159eneseme na psychiku, je pot\u0159eba um\u011bt uvol\u0148ovat sv\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed du\u0161evn\u00ed tlaky. Strach, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost, vztek, neschopnost prosadit sami sebe, pocit nesvobody oslabuje, mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vyjad\u0159ovat emoce a pot\u0159eby, jemn\u011b, bez afektu a zloby. Je nutnost\u00ed si dop\u0159\u00e1t dostatek odpo\u010dinku,&nbsp;sp\u00e1nku a vyh\u00fdbat se stresu (um\u011bt ho uvolnit). Du\u0161evn\u00ed detox je te\u010f z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. Nav\u00edc m\u00e1me \u010das a klid, tak\u017ee pracijme se sebou. V\u00fdborn\u00e9 jsou meditace, sauna, nen\u00e1siln\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed (protahov\u00e1n\u00ed, joga, taj ji\u2026), proch\u00e1zky a rozhovory s&nbsp;p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdmi a lidmi, na kter\u00fdch n\u00e1m z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed. Uvoln\u011bme si hlavu, aby mohli p\u0159ij\u00edt nov\u00e9 n\u00e1pady a budouc\u00ed hezk\u00e9 vzpom\u00ednky, zapome\u0148me k\u0159ivdy nebo je \u0159e\u0161me. Je na to ide\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010das.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Jak\u00e9 potraviny pomohou pos\u00edlit mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Venkovn\u00ed chlad je velk\u00fd, tak pot\u0159ebujeme proh\u0159\u00edvat. Vnit\u0159n\u00ed teplo dodaj\u00ed pol\u00e9vky.
