Dynamika nab\u00edr\u00e1 vrcholu. Podle biologick\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1\u0159e nast\u00e1v\u00e1 16. kv\u011btna l\u00e9to. V\u0161e v p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b l\u00e1k\u00e1 svoj\u00ed kr\u00e1sou a sv\u011b\u017eest\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dny se prodlu\u017euj\u00ed, jsou \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l teplej\u0161\u00ed, m\u00e1me pot\u0159ebu tr\u00e1vit \u010das venku, setk\u00e1vat se s lidmi, chodit do spole\u010dnosti a radovat se ze \u017eivota. Radost, sn\u011bn\u00ed, bezstarostnost jsou emoce, kter\u00e9 podle \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edny p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed elementu ohn\u011b. V kv\u011btnu je nejv\u00edce oslabeno srdce. Vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed barva je za\u010d\u00e1tkem m\u011bs\u00edce r\u016f\u017eov\u00e1, sv\u011btle \u010derven\u00e1 a\u017e, n\u00e1sledn\u011b postupem dn\u016f, syt\u011b \u010derven\u00e1 a rud\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se oslaben\u00ed srdce projevuje?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Srdce \u0159\u00edd\u00ed krev, c\u00e9vy, tepny a \u017e\u00edly. Pokud srdce funguje, krev v t\u011ble plynule proud\u00ed. Pokud je srdce oslaben\u00e9 (a nejen fyzicky), proud krve je zpomalen a nast\u00e1vaj\u00ed blok\u00e1dy, takov\u00e9 p\u0159ehrady, kter\u00e9 zadr\u017euj\u00ed energii v na\u0161em t\u011ble. Krev z pohledu \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 medic\u00edny nep\u0159edstavuje pouze tekutinu, ale je to jedna z forem \u017eivotn\u00ed energie \u010dchi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oslaben\u00ed srdce (my\u0161leno nedostatek energie i p\u0159ebytek) se na fyzick\u00e9 \u00farovni projevuje arytmi\u00ed, du\u0161nost\u00ed, otoky, hormon\u00e1ln\u00edmi poruchami, n\u00edzk\u00fdm nebo naopak vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem, pot\u00ed\u017ee se sp\u00e1nkem a&nbsp;us\u00edn\u00e1n\u00edm, bolesti \u0161\u00edje a hlavy, pocen\u00edm, n\u00e1valy horka, neklidem i depresivn\u00edmi stavy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na du\u0161evn\u00ed rovin\u011b je to \u017e\u00e1rlivost, extr\u00e9mn\u00ed chu\u0165 na sex, ale i nez\u00e1jem, workoholismus, impulsivnost, hyperaktivita \u010di vy\u010derpanost, ztr\u00e1ta energie a \u00fanava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se dostat do rovnov\u00e1hy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e1ska k sob\u011b sam\u00e9mu a n\u00e1sledn\u011b ke druh\u00fdm vy\u017eivuje srdce. Up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fd a srde\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1jem o sebe, o druh\u00e9\u2026, je p\u0159esn\u011b to, co \u017eiv\u00ed srdce a rozdm\u00fdch\u00e1v\u00e1 \u017eivotn\u00ed energii. V\u017etahy na v\u0161ech \u00farovn\u00edch te\u010f jsou extr\u00e9mn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nav\u00edc m\u00e1me k jejich posilov\u00e1n\u00ed i mnoho energie kter\u00e1 v jin\u00fdch ro\u010dn\u00edch dob\u00e1ch chyb\u00ed. Vyu\u017eijme toho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd den od 11-13 hod je na\u0161e srdce nejaktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, je proto vhodn\u00e9 m\u00edt klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed re\u017eim a nep\u0159ij\u00edmat nic, co extr\u00e9mn\u011b nabud\u00ed (nap\u0159. kofein, \u010dern\u00fd \u010daj, ale i h\u00e1dky, stres nebo extr\u00e9mn\u00ed sporty). Nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 jej zat\u011b\u017eovat velk\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm j\u00eddla. Vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je kr\u00e1tk\u00fd sp\u00e1nek nebo proch\u00e1zka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obezita i nadv\u00e1ha p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k oslaben\u00ed srdce, je proto d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 denn\u00ed fyzick\u00e1 aktivita. Pro zdrav\u00e9 c\u00e9vy a srdce je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd pohyb i hlubok\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. Srdce je sval, kter\u00fd pravidelnou aktivitou s\u00edl\u00ed. Za\u0159a\u010fme proch\u00e1zky, ch\u016fzi po schodech, plav\u00e1n\u00ed, j\u00edzdu na kole nebo i svi\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed aerobn\u00ed aktivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 potraviny n\u00e1m pomohou pos\u00edlit srdce?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Potraviny ho\u0159k\u00e9 chuti posiluj\u00ed na\u0161e srdce. Za\u0159a\u010fme do j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku zeleninu r\u016fzn\u00e9 druhy sal\u00e1t\u016f, \u010dervenou \u0159epu, \u010dervenou papriku, r\u016f\u017ei\u010dkovou kapustu, zral\u00e1 raj\u010data, \u0159edkvi\u010dky \u010di arty\u010doky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z ovoce poslou\u017e\u00ed grep, kdoule, maliny, ostru\u017einy, bor\u016fvky, angre\u0161t \u2013 nebo kter\u00e9koliv, kter\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b roste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z lu\u0161t\u011bnin nakl\u00ed\u010den\u00e9 mungo fazolky, s\u00f3jov\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010dky, \u010derstv\u00fd hr\u00e1\u0161ek, \u010derven\u00e9 fazole. Mezi vhodn\u00e9 obiloviny pat\u0159\u00ed amarant, p\u0161eni\u010dn\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010dky nebo \u017eito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro ty, kdo konzumuj\u00ed maso je vhodn\u00e9 grilovan\u00e9 a hojn\u011b obalen\u00e9 v bylink\u00e1ch. Je dobr\u00e9 omezit s\u016fl, zadr\u017euje vodu a vodu sp\u00ed\u0161e do pokrm\u016f p\u0159id\u00e1vat. Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky jezte zakysan\u00e9. Naopak je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 konzumovat v dostate\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e kvalitn\u00ed oleje (a to i kdy\u017e m\u00e1te nadv\u00e1hu). <strong><em>Srdci a c\u00e9v\u00e1m v\u00fdrazn\u011b prosp\u011bje u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed olej\u016f s&nbsp;omega 3 kyselinami<\/em><\/strong>.
