Sn\u00edme a pl\u00e1nujeme. Je dobr\u00e9 jen tak b\u00fdt a kochat se.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejv\u00edce je ohro\u017eeno tenk\u00e9 st\u0159evo. Barva je \u010derven\u00e1. Tenk\u00fdm st\u0159evem p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me \u017eiviny a je vstupn\u00ed branou pro vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, jakou energii (i du\u0161evn\u00ed) p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me. Pe\u010dujme o n\u011bj kvalitn\u00ed stravou a radostn\u00fdm du\u0161evn\u00edm zdrav\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se oslaben\u00ed tenk\u00e9ho st\u0159eva projevuje a jak nastavit pat\u0159i\u010dnou rovnov\u00e1hu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e1rov\u00fdm org\u00e1nem je srdce. Tenk\u00e9 st\u0159evo ho chr\u00e1n\u00ed. Zabra\u0148uje horkosti a p\u0159em\u00edry nap\u011bt\u00ed. Toto nap\u011bt\u00ed vypou\u0161t\u00ed skrz mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159 ven z t\u011bla. P\u0159i mo\u010den\u00ed m\u016f\u017eeme poci\u0165ovat p\u00e1len\u00ed a\u017e \u0159ez\u00e1n\u00ed nebo i z\u00e1n\u011bt mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Poruchy st\u0159eva maj\u00ed vliv i&nbsp;na p\u00e1te\u0159, slinivku a sliznice. Bolesti \u017ealudku, nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00ed, pr\u016fjmy pat\u0159\u00ed k projev\u016fm nemoci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017e je pr\u016fjem. Rozli\u0161ovac\u00ed schopnost st\u0159eva, je omezen\u00e1. Nechme v\u0161e plout a s d\u016fv\u011brou se odevzdejme nejistot\u011b z\u00a0nepoznan\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b se oslaben\u00ed st\u0159eva projevuje i nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost\u00ed lepku tzv. celiaki\u00ed. P\u0159em\u00edra lepku zp\u016fsobuje po\u0161kozen\u00ed sliznic a n\u00e1sledn\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed vst\u0159ebatelnost\u00ed \u017eivin. Na du\u0161evn\u00ed rovin\u011b se tito lid\u00e9 \u010dasto pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s my\u0161lenkami, \u017ee \u017eivot, kter\u00fd \u017eij\u00ed vlastn\u011b necht\u011bj\u00ed. Nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ijmout, \u017ee v\u0161e, co pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, je dobr\u00e9 a m\u00e1 hlub\u0161\u00ed smysl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podobn\u011b je to u Crohna, kdy se tito lid\u00e9 c\u00edt\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eeni, za\u017eili dlouhodob\u00fd konflikt v rodin\u011b, kter\u00e1 je nep\u0159ij\u00edmala a v dosp\u011blosti, kdy nemoc propuk\u00e1, maj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu v\u0161e zvl\u00e1dnout sami. Necht\u011bj\u00ed, aby jim kdokoliv mluvil do \u017eivota. Neberou ohledy na ostatn\u00ed. A\u017e tato choroba je \u201enut\u00ed\u201c p\u0159iznat si, \u017ee pochybili a \u00a0svoj\u00ed k\u00e1zn\u00ed, cestou k sob\u011b a um\u00edrn\u011bnou stravou m\u016f\u017eou ozdravit jak sv\u00e9 st\u0159evo, tak i du\u0161i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stres, kriti\u010dnost (i k sob\u011b) a neust\u00e1l\u00e9 a ne\u00fam\u011brn\u00e9 analyzov\u00e1n\u00ed jsou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edmi nep\u0159\u00edteli tenk\u00e9ho st\u0159eva. Pr\u00e1ce s dechem, p\u0159ijet\u00ed sv\u00e9 jedine\u010dnosti i situac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me, vd\u011b\u010dnost a pokora, jsou d\u016fle\u017eitou cestou k uzdraven\u00ed. Proch\u00e1zejme se po okol\u00ed a kochejme se p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edmi kr\u00e1sami, kter\u00e9 te\u010f nejv\u00edce vyniknou jsou je\u0161t\u011b \u010dist\u00e9 a mlad\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 potraviny n\u00e1m pomohou pos\u00edlit tenk\u00e9 st\u0159evo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejaktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed doba pro st\u0159evo je mezi 13-15 hod. Nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 jej v tuto dobu zat\u011b\u017eovat stravou, kter\u00e1 v n\u011bm stagnuje. Dobr\u00e9 jsou zeleninov\u00e9 i ovocn\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy a\u00a0sal\u00e1ty, bylinkov\u00e9 \u010daje. V\u00fdborn\u00fd je je\u010dmen, chlorela, kvalitn\u00ed vl\u00e1knina nebo kvalitn\u00ed olej s\u00a0omega 3. Uveden\u00e9 potraviny redukuj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bty, podporuj\u00ed tvorbu spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 mikrofl\u00f3ry, vy\u017eivuj\u00ed st\u0159evn\u00ed bu\u0148ky a zlep\u0161uj\u00ed imunitu a i n\u00e1ladu. Nen\u00ed jedno jak\u00e9 zna\u010dky uveden\u00fdch potravin si vyberete. R\u00e1da pomohu a porad\u00edm s v\u00fdb\u011brem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je konzumovat potraviny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed jemnou kvalitn\u00ed vl\u00e1kninu a vyvarovat se cukru, velk\u00e9mu mno\u017estv\u00ed \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00fdch tuk\u016f, omezme pe\u010divo (\u017eitn\u00e9 a \u0161paldov\u00e9 je v&nbsp;po\u0159\u00e1dku), k\u00e1vu a alkohol. Pijme dost vody a zelen\u00fd \u010daj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de j\u00eddla, vych\u00e1zejme s doporu\u010den\u00ed pro p\u0159ede\u0161l\u00fd m\u011bs\u00edc a dopl\u0148me ji o to, co &nbsp;roste \u2013 \u0161pen\u00e1t, \u0159edkvi\u010dky, zelen\u00e9 sal\u00e1ty, ch\u0159est, okurky, raj\u010data, jahody, t\u0159e\u0161n\u011b, maliny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z lu\u0161t\u011bnin p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b fermentovan\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky (miso pasta, tempeh, tofu), nakl\u00ed\u010den\u00e9 mungo, \u010derstv\u00fd hr\u00e1\u0161ek, \u010derven\u00e9 fazole. Pro pos\u00edlen\u00ed slinivky (nejen st\u0159ev) je vhodn\u00e9 za\u0159adit bezlepkov\u00e9 obiloviny j\u00e1hly, quinova, pohanka, r\u00fd\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maso je vhodn\u00e9 grilovan\u00e9, hojn\u011b obalen\u00e9 v bylink\u00e1ch. Omezte s\u016fl, (zadr\u017euje vodu) a vodu sp\u00ed\u0161e do pokrm\u016f p\u0159id\u00e1vejte. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 konzumovat zdrav\u00e9 tuky a oleje (a to i kdy\u017e m\u00e1te nadv\u00e1hu).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky je vhodn\u00e9 konzumovat p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b zakysan\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdborn\u00e9 jsou \u010derstv\u00e9 bylinky pa\u017eitka, m\u00e1ta, tymi\u00e1n, \u0161alv\u011bj, bazalka, oregano, rozmar\u00fdn, saturejka a jak\u00e9koliv ko\u0159en\u00ed.
