Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 \u010das nitern\u011bj\u0161\u00edho zam\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed nad sebou a \u017eivotem. Nejv\u00edce jsou oslabeny org\u00e1ny slezina a slinivka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slezina se pod\u00edl\u00ed na obranyschopnosti. Pokud jsme n\u00e1chyln\u00ed na virov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt slezina kter\u00e1 je v nepohod\u011b. Pod\u00edl\u00ed se i na vitalit\u011b a chuti do \u017eivota. Je \u00fazce prov\u00e1zan\u00e1 se slinivkou, kter\u00e1 je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 v&nbsp;tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, a m\u00e1 na starosti i sliznice. Symbolizuje l\u00e1sku, k \u017eivotu. Pokud m\u00e1me pot\u00ed\u017ee s&nbsp;l\u00e1skou a smutek, slinivka trp\u00ed a z&nbsp;nedostatku l\u00e1sky (i k&nbsp;sob\u011b) m\u016f\u017ee vzniknout diabetes. Doporu\u010duji nej\u00edst kupovanou \u010dokol\u00e1du z&nbsp;klasick\u00e9ho kakaa. To \u017ee je tmav\u00e1 neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee je zdrav\u00e1, jen m\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b cukru. R\u00e1da V\u00e1m sd\u011bl\u00edm bezplatn\u011b sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti, abyste byli co nejd\u0159\u00edve v\u00a0co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm klidu.
