Sb\u00edr\u00e1 se \u00faroda: brambory, zelenina, ovoce \u2026a&nbsp;usklad\u0148uj\u00ed se. T\u011blo tak\u00e9 skl\u00edz\u00ed to, jak  b\u011bhem roku hospoda\u0159ilo a taky ho p\u0159ipravujeme na zimu Je pot\u0159eba v\u00edce respektovat p\u0159\u00edrodu a naj\u00edt si \u010das na odpo\u010dinek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V \u0159\u00edjnu je oslaben \u017ealudek, kl\u00ed\u010d k energii, kterou p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1me i z potravy. \u017daludek je dopl\u0148kov\u00fdm org\u00e1nem pro slezinu a slinivku. Strava se dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do \u017ealudku p\u0159es zuby. Tak jak zuby p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed j\u00eddlo pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed, jsou br\u00e1nou, kter\u00e1 v\u0161e t\u0159\u00edd\u00ed, tak i v \u017eivot\u011b je t\u0159eba situace nahrubo zpracovat a pot\u00e9 je nechat na n\u00e1s v\u00edce p\u016fsobit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Symbolicky p\u0159edstavuje \u017ealudek schopnost <strong>p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed, <\/strong>a tedy i jistou m\u00edru otev\u0159enosti v\u016f\u010di sv\u011btu. N\u011bkter\u00e9 situace v \u017eivot\u011b t\u011b\u017ece neseme, mohli bychom \u0159\u00edct, t\u011b\u017ece tr\u00e1v\u00edme. Nedok\u00e1\u017eeme je p\u0159ijmout a&nbsp;zvl\u00e1dnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se oslaben\u00ed \u017ealudku projev\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to emo\u010dn\u011b nejcitliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed org\u00e1n, proto ho stres oslabujei. Pokud nestr\u00e1v\u00edme (j\u00eddlo, a my\u0161lenky) za\u010dne se po n\u011bjak\u00e9 dob\u011b projevovat z\u00e1n\u011btem. Pokud to p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017e\u00edme (p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017e\u00edme sv\u00e9 pot\u0159eby) objev\u00ed se v\u0159edy. Lid\u00e9 s v\u0159edy trp\u00ed fyzicky, bolestmi a tlakem v \u017ealudku, i&nbsp;du\u0161evn\u011b. V\u011bt\u0161inou \u201echt\u011bj\u00ed b\u00fdt trpiteli\u201c, cht\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159it\u00e1hnout pozornost a l\u00e1sku okol\u00ed. Je to vol\u00e1n\u00ed o pomoc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud trp\u00edte nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00edm, p\u00e1len\u00edm \u017e\u00e1hy, kazivost\u00ed zub\u016f, paradent\u00f3zou nebo krv\u00e1cen\u00edm d\u00e1sn\u00ed, zam\u011b\u0159te se na psychiku a zharmonizujte \u017ealudek. Tohle toti\u017e b\u00fdv\u00e1 prvn\u00edm varovn\u00fdm sign\u00e1lem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se dostat do rovnov\u00e1hy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed je zdrav\u00e1 strava i laskav\u00fd pohled jak na sebe, tak na v\u0161e kolem. \u201eNahl\u00ed\u017e\u00edm na sebe a okol\u00ed s l\u00e1skou? Vid\u00edm v sob\u011b a ostatn\u00edch p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b to dobr\u00e9?  Pokusme se vid\u011bt sv\u011bt z milej\u0161\u00ed strany a na\u0161e tr\u00e1ven\u00ed n\u00e1m to s l\u00e1skou vr\u00e1t\u00ed. Nav\u00edc v&nbsp;dob\u011b kdy se p\u0159\u00edroda ochlazuje je dobr\u00e9 vytv\u00e1\u0159et v\u0159el\u00e9 vztahy, vydr\u017e\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161inou d\u00e9le, nebo jsou hlub\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e ty kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00edte v&nbsp;tepl\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 z&nbsp;uveden\u00fdch vztah\u016f maj\u00ed jin\u00e9 vlastnosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Co se t\u00fd\u010de t\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti (stravy), pro oslaben\u00fd \u017ealudek je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na to, co j\u00edme a jak to j\u00edme. Hodn\u011b pom\u016f\u017eou tepl\u00e1 j\u00eddla, hlavn\u011b pol\u00e9vky v\u0161eho druhu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co j\u00edst?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To, co n\u00e1m roz\u017eehne tr\u00e1vic\u00ed ohe\u0148 na cel\u00fd den Obiln\u00e9 ka\u0161e \u2013 kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9, jaheln\u00e9, ovesn\u00e9, pohankov\u00e9, r\u00fd\u017eov\u00e9 \u2013 nebo tepl\u00e9 pol\u00e9vky (ano, i po r\u00e1nu). K\u00e1va, roz\u017eehne ohe\u0148 velice um\u011ble (jako benz\u00edn nalit\u00fd do ohn\u011b), naopak s\u00fdry, jogurty, ur\u010dit\u00e9 typy ovoce, n\u00e1s ochlazuj\u00ed a zvlh\u010duj\u00ed (mokr\u00e9 d\u0159evo nechytne). Ty n\u00e1m z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska \u0161kod\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z lu\u0161t\u011bnin j\u00edme hr\u00e1ch, \u010do\u010dku, cizrnu. Pro lep\u0161\u00ed tr\u00e1ven\u00ed je va\u0159me s ko\u0159en\u00edm Bazalka, Km\u00edn, Major\u00e1nka. Z bylinek m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dek, \u0159ep\u00edk, kop\u0159iva, zem\u011b\u017elu\u010d, he\u0159m\u00e1nek m\u00e1tu \u010di pelyn\u011bk nebo jejich vz\u00e1jemnou kombinaci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak j\u00edst?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnes velice d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 kapitola.
