Je zakon\u010den\u00edm tr\u00e1ven\u00ed a odv\u00e1d\u00ed odpad. A jako v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edrod\u011b jsou v\u00a0n\u011bm ukryty \u017eiviny pro du\u0161i i t\u011blo, kter\u00e9 se teprve mus\u00ed rozvinout Je nutn\u00e9, aby bylo neust\u00e1le \u010dist\u00e9 a fungovalo. Z hlediska psychiky je m\u00edstem podv\u011bdom\u00ed, na\u0161ich nejhlub\u0161\u00edch obav, strach\u016f a stinn\u00fdch str\u00e1nek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se projevuje oslaben\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1cpou, pr\u016fjmem, kru\u010den\u00edm a oslaben\u00edm imunity Jeliko\u017e souvis\u00ed se sliznicemi v t\u011ble, oslaben\u00ed se projevuje tak\u00e9 ve form\u011b r\u00fdm, vir\u00f3z nebo i krv\u00e1cen\u00edm z nosu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je zmen\u0161eninou t\u011bla, je to soustava, kter\u00e1 stimuluje cel\u00fd organismus. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fasek stimuluje ur\u010dit\u00fd org\u00e1n, a proto, kdy\u017e je n\u011bkter\u00fd z \u00fasek\u016f st\u0159eva zanesen, odraz\u00ed se to ve funk\u010dnosti org\u00e1nu a doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke vzniku onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010cist\u00e9 a zdrav\u00e9 st\u0159evo p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1 vitam\u00edny, vodu a soli do krve a vy\u017eivuje t\u011blo. Kdy\u017e je zanesen\u00e9, tak se do t\u011bla dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed l\u00e1tky, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s oslabuj\u00ed a st\u0159evn\u00ed bu\u0148ky odum\u00edraj\u00ed nebo naopak buj\u00ed. Pokud pauza nen\u00ed, potrava zahn\u00edv\u00e1, jsme nafouknut\u00ed, unaven\u00ed, je n\u00e1m t\u011b\u017eko a&nbsp;trp\u00edme nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z obilovin je vhodn\u00e1 r\u00fd\u017ee, r\u00fd\u017eov\u00e9 otruby, oves nebo pohanka. Z lu\u0161t\u011bnin \u010dern\u00e1 \u010do\u010dka a fazole. D\u00e1le \u010desnek a ko\u0159en\u00ed &#8211; jsou proti st\u0159evn\u00edm parazit\u016fm, cibule, p\u00f3rek, z\u00e1zvor, \u010dern\u00e1 \u0159edkev, kysan\u00e9 zel\u00ed nebo r\u016f\u017ei\u010dkov\u00e1 kapusta to v\u0161e d\u011bl\u00e1 st\u0159ev\u016fm dob\u0159e. Z ovoce jablka, hru\u0161ky, kaki, kokosov\u00fd o\u0159ech a f\u00edky. Vhodn\u00e9 jsou ryby (p\u0159ipravujeme se zah\u0159\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edm ko\u0159en\u00edm) a tu\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed masa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako v\u017edy o\u0159echy (pozor na mno\u017estv\u00ed, jsou h\u016f\u0159e tr\u00e1veny), jedl\u00e9 ka\u0161tany, med \u010di lesn\u00ed houby. Bylinky podporuj\u00edc\u00ed tr\u00e1ven\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na km\u00edn, fenykl, an\u00fdz a zah\u0159eje n\u00e1s i\u00a0mu\u0161k\u00e1tov\u00fd o\u0159\u00ed\u0161ek (p\u016fsob\u00ed jako opi\u00e1t, pozor na mno\u017estv\u00ed). Sko\u0159ice zah\u0159eje i \u010dist\u00ed st\u0159evo a uklidn\u00ed ho. Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a\u017e do jara vypou\u0161t\u00edme, vn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed  chlad a zahle\u0148uj\u00ed. Obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b, pokud m\u00e1me zanesen\u00e1 st\u0159eva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud uveden\u00e9 bylinky a ko\u0159en\u00ed pou\u017eijete i ve form\u011b aromaterapie ur\u010dit\u011b ud\u011bl\u00e1te dob\u0159e nejenom pro st\u0159evo, ale i psychiku.
