Je dobr\u00e9 hlavn\u011b b\u00fdt. Jsme pln\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, sn\u00edme, pl\u00e1nujeme, radujeme se a sm\u011bjeme. Poruchy t\u011bchto \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed maj\u00ed vliv i&nbsp;na p\u00e1te\u0159, slinivku a na sliznice. Je jedno, zdali se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 j\u00eddla nebo my\u0161lenek a emoc\u00ed. Nechme v\u0161e tedy tak n\u011bjak plout a s d\u016fv\u011brou se odevzdejme \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010casto se oslaben\u00ed projevuje nesn\u00e1\u0161enlivost\u00ed lepku tzv. celiaki\u00ed. Nadbytek lepku zp\u016fsobuje po\u0161kozen\u00ed a hor\u0161\u00ed vst\u0159ebatelnost\u00ed \u017eivin. I \u00fapln\u00e1 bezlepkov\u00e1 dieta, kdy\u017e nem\u00e1m pot\u00ed\u017ee, je dle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru nevhodn\u00e1, ale to by bylo na dlouh\u00e9 pov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed. Na du\u0161evn\u00ed rovin\u011b se celiatici pot\u00fdkaj\u00ed s my\u0161lenkami, \u017ee \u017eivot, kter\u00fd \u017eij\u00ed necht\u011bj\u00ed. Nedok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ijmout, \u017ee to, co pro\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed, je dobr\u00e9 a m\u00e1 hlub\u0161\u00ed smysl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lid\u00e9 trp\u00edc\u00ed Crohnovou chorobou (chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt tenk\u00e9ho st\u0159eva), se c\u00edt\u00ed p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017eeni. Za\u017eili dlouhodob\u00fd konflikt v rodin\u011b, kter\u00e1 je nep\u0159ij\u00edmala a v dosp\u011blosti, kdy nemoc nej\u010dast\u011bji propuk\u00e1, maj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu v\u0161e zvl\u00e1dnout sami.
