Mo\u017en\u00e1 jste jen m\u011bli <em>m\u00e1lo informac\u00ed.<\/em> Toto p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed sebe, d\u011bl\u00e1 \u017eivot kr\u00e1sn\u00fdm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <strong><em>Nic nen\u00ed hor\u0161\u00edho ne\u017e kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 v\u011bty, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly b\u00fdt vysloveny a nebyly.<\/em><\/strong> Pokud \u017eijeme, v\u017edy je na n\u011b \u010das. Pokud na TO mysl\u00edm l\u00e9ta, je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u010das TO zm\u011bnit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PR\u00c1V\u011a TE\u010e, DOKUD JE \u010cAS, ROZHODNI SE,,,,, A ODVAHA MO\u017dN\u00c1 KONE\u010cNE P\u0158IJDE     a mo\u017en\u00e1 bude\u0161 p\u0159ekvapen co hezk\u00e9ho se dozv\u00ed\u0161.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A i kdyby TO nevy\u0161lo, ty bude\u0161 spokojen\u00fd a siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e kdy p\u0159edt\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Na z\u00e1v\u011br dobr\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pravd\u011bpodobnost \u0161patn\u00fdch spr\u00e1v a rozhodnut\u00ed s&nbsp;l\u00e9ty rapidn\u011b kles\u00e1 a i tak je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e <strong>30 %<\/strong> pokud jde\u0161 do situace s&nbsp;l\u00e1skou a pochopen\u00edm. Za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 obdob\u00ed sklizn\u011b radosti a hojnosti. Vl\u00e1dne ohe\u0148, v\u00e1\u0161niv\u00e9 emoce, kter\u00e9 se postupn\u011b zklid\u0148uj\u00ed do harmonie jak t\u011bla, tak du\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op\u011bt je nejohro\u017een\u011bj\u0161\u00ed cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m a to termoregulace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak pozn\u00e1me, \u017ee termoregulace nen\u00ed v po\u0159\u00e1dku a jak nastav\u00edme rovnov\u00e1hu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota ve dne kol\u00eds\u00e1 a pohybuje se od 35,8 \u00b0C do 37,3 \u00b0C (v&nbsp;z\u00e1vislosti na denn\u00ed dob\u011b, i na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch vlivech). Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 teplota okolo 36,8 zaru\u010duje fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech org\u00e1n\u016f, syst\u00e9m\u016f a reakc\u00ed. Jsou dva typy termoregulace\u2013 nervov\u00e1 (pocen\u00ed nebo t\u0159es) a hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed (hormony \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy a nadledvinek).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota pod 35 \u00b0C znamen\u00e1 podchlazen\u00ed a nad 37 \u00b0C jsme p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed, a to jak vlivem obranyschopnosti t\u011bla v r\u00e1mci n\u011bjak\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, tak i vlivem vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch hork\u00fdch, nebo studen\u00fdch teplot. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku srpna se t\u011blo p\u0159eh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 a&nbsp;na konci m\u011bs\u00edce u\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i zima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak pozn\u00e1me probl\u00e9m? Nec\u00edt\u00edme ve sv\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ei a vlastn\u011b nev\u00edme pro\u010d. M\u016f\u017eou b\u00fdt dny, kdy m\u00e1me tzv. hus\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei, t\u0159eseme se, r\u00e1di &nbsp;bychom se zachumlali do deky, dali si svetr a tepl\u00fd \u010daj. N\u011bkdy je n\u00e1m a\u017e na omdlen\u00ed, mot\u00e1 se v\u00e1m hlava, pot\u00edme se, bol\u00ed n\u00e1s hlava nebo i zvrac\u00edme. Pocen\u00ed s&nbsp;velkou \u00fanavou (a m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1m b\u00fdti i zima i kdy\u017e se pot\u00edme) a zm\u011bny chladu a tepla jsou taky p\u0159\u00edznakem pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkdy s v\u00fdkyvy teploty nesouvis\u00ed fyzick\u00e9 faktory, ale du\u0161evn\u00ed rozpolo\u017een\u00ed. Termoregulace je hodn\u011b ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1na psychikou. \u010cast\u00fd pocit zimy, chladu znamen\u00e1, \u017ee n\u00e1m chyb\u00ed radost, p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 situace a osoby. Je pot\u0159eba si v\u011b\u0159it a za\u010d\u00edt konat. Pokud se \u010dasto pot\u00edte, m\u00e1te zv\u00fd\u0161enou teplou a horkost v t\u011ble \u2013 zastavte se. Nadechn\u011bte se a emoce hn\u011bvu, vzteku, zlosti a nap\u011bt\u00ed vydechn\u011bte. Nau\u010dte se nech\u00e1vat v\u0161emu voln\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh, radujte se z mali\u010dkost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Termoregulaci pom\u00e1h\u00e1 otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. V\u0161imli jste si, \u017ee po otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1te v\u017edy alespo\u0148 chvilku dobrou n\u00e1ladu? Jak jen budete moci, bu\u010fte venku, \u010derpejte letn\u00ed energii, h\u00fdbejte se, sportujte, tancujte, dov\u00e1d\u011bjte. Slun\u011bn\u00ed na slun\u00ed\u010dku je nejlep\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se p\u0159eh\u0159ejete, zklidn\u011bte t\u011blo v chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00edstnosti a odpo\u010d\u00edvejte. Pijte vodu (ne ledovou) m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt ochucen\u00e1 bylinkami (m\u00e1ta, r\u016f\u017ee\u2026, zeleninou \u2013 okurka\u2026, nebo ovocem). M\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt i aroma oleje m\u00e1tu, citr\u00f3n, levanduli nebo palmor\u016f\u017eovou, citronovou a citrusy, nezapome\u0148te v\u0161ak p\u0159idat do vody i trochu ml\u00e9ka nebo medu kv\u016fli rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed esenci\u00e1ln\u00edch olej\u00ed\u010dk\u016f. Z \u010daj\u016f je vhodn\u00fd m\u00e1tov\u00fd, kop\u0159ivov\u00fd, medu\u0148kov\u00fd, \u0161alv\u011bjov\u00fd, rooibos nebo zelen\u00fd \u010daj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00e9 potraviny n\u00e1m pomohou?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je dobr\u00e9 v&nbsp;horku t\u011blo ochladit a&nbsp;dop\u0159\u00e1t i pot\u0159ebn\u00fd relax, hlavn\u011b kolem ob\u011bda.
