V\u017edy si uv\u011bdomujte, jak dobr\u00e9 j\u00eddlo m\u00e1te p\u0159ed sebou a u\u017e\u00edvejte si ho (nejenom j\u00eddlo ale i p\u0159\u00edpadnou spole\u010dnost).&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0158\u00edjen je o vl\u00e1d\u011b podzimu. Barevnost je v\u0161ude. Posledn\u00ed uk\u00e1zka kr\u00e1sy rostlin p\u0159ed sp\u00e1nkem. Opad\u00e1v\u00e1 list\u00ed, v\u0161echno sesych\u00e1, p\u0159\u00edroda se chyst\u00e1 na zimu. Zv\u00ed\u0159ata i lidi si chystaj\u00ed z\u00e1soby. Sb\u00edraj\u00ed se brambory, houby,&nbsp;usklad\u0148uje ovoce\u2026 Je pot\u0159eba respektovat p\u0159\u00edrodu v n\u00e1s a naj\u00edt si \u010das na odpo\u010dinek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejv\u00edce je oslaben \u017ealudek. Je kl\u00ed\u010dem k&nbsp;energii, dopl\u0148uje slezinu a slinivku. Zuby jsou pro \u017ealudek d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed stravu pro vyu\u017eit\u00ed. I v b\u011b\u017en\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b situace, nejd\u0159\u00edve nahrubo zpracujeme a a\u017e pot\u00e9 je nech\u00e1me p\u016fsobit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017daludek symbolicky p\u0159edstavuje schopnost p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed, a tedy i jistou m\u00edru otev\u0159enosti v\u016f\u010di sv\u011btu. N\u011bkter\u00e9 situace v \u017eivot\u011b t\u011b\u017ece neseme, mohli bychom \u0159\u00edct, t\u011b\u017ece tr\u00e1v\u00edme. Nedok\u00e1\u017eeme je p\u0159ijmout a&nbsp;zvl\u00e1dnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se projev\u00ed oslaben\u00ed  \u017ealudku?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to emo\u010dn\u011b nejcitliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed org\u00e1n, proto jak\u00fdkoliv stres postupn\u011b oslabuje jeho funkci. Pokud nestr\u00e1v\u00edme (j\u00eddlo a my\u0161lenky), m\u016f\u017ee se to projevit jako z\u00e1n\u011bt \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed sliznice. V\u011bt\u0161inou si to podv\u011bdom\u011b zvolili \u201echt\u011bj\u00ed trp\u011bt\u201c, cht\u011bj\u00ed k sob\u011b p\u0159it\u00e1hnout pozornost a l\u00e1sku okol\u00ed. Je to takov\u00e9 vol\u00e1n\u00ed o pomoc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud trp\u00edte nad\u00fdm\u00e1n\u00edm, p\u00e1len\u00edm \u017e\u00e1hy, zv\u00fd\u0161enou kazivost\u00ed zub\u016f, paradent\u00f3zou, drobn\u00fdm krv\u00e1cen\u00edm d\u00e1sn\u00ed, zam\u011b\u0159te se na psychiku a hl\u00eddejte si \u017ealudek. Tohle v\u0161e toti\u017e b\u00fdv\u00e1 prvn\u00edm varovn\u00fdm sign\u00e1lem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se dostat do rovnov\u00e1hy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je psychick\u00e1 pohoda a redukce zbyte\u010dn\u00e9ho stresu. Velice \u0161patn\u00e9 je, kdy\u017e j\u00edte a z\u00e1rove\u0148 poslouch\u00e1te negativn\u00ed spr\u00e1vy (ve\u010de\u0159e u TV zpr\u00e1v je zabij\u00e1kem \u017ealudku\u2026). Neberte si \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed k&nbsp;ve\u010dern\u00edmu stolu, nebo k&nbsp;j\u00eddlu. M\u016f\u017eete si zp\u016fsobit \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed a i st\u0159evn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee (Crohn a Celiakie maj\u00ed mnohokr\u00e1t z\u00e1klad v&nbsp;\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed u stolov\u00e1n\u00ed).
