M\u00e1me pot\u0159ebu b\u00fdt doma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zase jedna ot\u00e1zka na zamy\u0161len\u00ed.  <strong><em>Jak mohu p\u0159isp\u011bt ka\u017ed\u00fd den k\u00a0v\u0159elej\u0161\u00edm vztah\u016fm v\u00a0rodin\u011b?<\/em><\/strong> Venku se ochlazuje, a proto je dobr\u00e9 a \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed mezilidsk\u00e9 vztahy oh\u0159\u00edvat. Pl\u00edce p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed studenou, ale d\u016fle\u017eitou energii do t\u011bla a v\u00a0tomto obdob\u00ed se p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed na zm\u011bnu z tepl\u00e9ho vzduchu na studen\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se oslaben\u00ed plic projevuje?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nemo\u017enost se nadechnout, du\u0161nost, ka\u0161el, v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 \u00fanava, bu\u0161en\u00ed srdce, vysych\u00e1n\u00ed pleti, astma a z\u00e1pal plic. Z\u00e1kladem jsou tepl\u00e9 zeleninov\u00e9 pol\u00e9vky, kter\u00e9 je vhodn\u00e9 j\u00edst i r\u00e1no. Tepl\u00e9 b\u00edlkovinov\u00e9 sn\u00eddan\u011b jsou tak\u00e9 v\u00fdborn\u00e9, pokud sn\u00edd\u00e1te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se zeleniny je dobr\u00e1 b\u00edl\u00e1 \u0159edkev, \u0159edkvi\u010dky, b\u00edl\u00e9 zel\u00ed, kedlubna, p\u00f3rek, mrkev, kva\u0161en\u00e1 zelenina, cibule, k\u0159en nebo \u010desnek. Z ovoce hru\u0161ky, hrozny, jablka, su\u0161en\u00e9 \u0161vestky, meru\u0148ky a datle. Ko\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s zah\u0159eje \u2013 sko\u0159ice, fenykl, an\u00fdz, km\u00edn, l\u00e9ko\u0159ice, koriandr nebo z\u00e1zvor.
