P\u0159\u00edroda sp\u00ed a sb\u00edr\u00e1 s\u00edlu. My bychom m\u011bli taky, sp\u00e1t, odpo\u010d\u00edvat, vy\u017eivovat, dopl\u0148ovat ebergii, nahl\u00ed\u017eet do nitra a shroma\u017e\u010fovat du\u0161evn\u00ed i fyzick\u00e9 s\u00edly na nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed rok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Energie je m\u00e1lo a nejcitliv\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi org\u00e1ny jsou mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159 a v \u00fanoru ledviny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se projev\u00ed oslaben\u00ed mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bji z\u00e1n\u011bty mo\u010dovod\u016f a&nbsp;mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e, myk\u00f3zy, z\u00fa\u017een\u00ed mo\u010dovod\u016f. Projevem oslaben\u00ed je \u010dast\u00e9 chozen\u00ed na toaletu, doprov\u00e1zen\u00e9 p\u00e1len\u00edm bolest\u00ed p\u0159i mo\u010den\u00ed a v podb\u0159i\u0161ku. Obecn\u011b jsou na z\u00e1n\u011bty n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eeny.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e1le studen\u00e9 ruce a nohy (pozor na jejich prochladnut\u00ed), \u010dast\u00e9 no\u010dn\u00ed mo\u010den\u00ed, z\u00e1n\u011bty st\u0159edn\u00edho ucha, hluchota, no\u010dn\u00ed m\u016fry a pomo\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed u d\u011bt\u00ed (tlak rodi\u010d\u016f, \u0161koly\u2026), bolesti zad (v bedern\u00ed a kr\u010dn\u00ed oblasti, ztuhlost kolem cel\u00e9 p\u00e1te\u0159e) a&nbsp;probl\u00e9my s kostmi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Duchovn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dina je lp\u011bn\u00ed na star\u00fdch n\u00e1zorech a skryt\u00e9 slzy. Z\u00e1n\u011bty mo\u010d\u00e1ku jsou hluboko ukryt\u00e9 k\u0159ivdy souvisej\u00edc\u00ed se vztahy. Strach, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost, vztek, neschopnost se prosadit (zejm\u00e9na u d\u011bt\u00ed), pocit nesvobody oslabuje mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159. Nau\u010dme se zbavovat star\u00e9ho, nebojme se vyjad\u0159ovat pocity, p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 i nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a sna\u017eme se je projevit bez vzteku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se dostat do rovnov\u00e1hy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mnoz\u00ed zaregistruj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ztuhlost a hor\u0161\u00ed ohebnost, proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 z\u016fst\u00e1vat ohebn\u00ed a pru\u017en\u00ed pomoc\u00ed kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch protahovac\u00edch cvik\u016f. Je vhodn\u00e9 jak\u00fdmkoliv zp\u016fsobem akumulovat do t\u011bla such\u00e9 teplo, proto jsou vhodn\u00e9 mas\u00e1\u017ee l\u00e1vov\u00fdmi kameny, sauna, sezen\u00ed na kamnech a pob\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed v&nbsp;bl\u00edzkosti krbu\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud nejsme zvykl\u00ed na z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e, nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e1 doba na zm\u011bnu (zapome\u0148te na lednov\u00e1 p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed o cvi\u010den\u00ed\u2026 nechte to na jaro). To je jako s\u00e1zet rostlinky na z\u00e1hon v&nbsp;zim\u011b, sp\u00ed\u0161 V\u00e1m to ubl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed. Vhodn\u00e9 jsou proch\u00e1zky a cokoliv co utu\u017e\u00ed psychiku a prosp\u011bje vztah\u016fm (koncerty, n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvy divadla\u2026). Pracujme na psychohygien\u011b i proto, \u017ee n\u00e1s te\u010f v\u00edce napadaj\u00ed strachy a stesk. Je to norm\u00e1ln\u00ed.
