U sn\u00eddan\u011b nebo ve\u010de\u0159e si dop\u0159ejte kvalitn\u00ed ryb\u00ed olej, kter\u00fdmi zajist\u00edte zdroj omega 3, aby V\u00e1m mohl prob\u011bhnout v&nbsp;t\u011ble bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fd detox, abyste pos\u00edlili c\u00e9vy a srdce. Pro pos\u00edlen\u00ed slinivky a zlep\u0161en\u00ed sliznic i st\u0159ev za\u0159a\u010fte bezlepkov\u00e9 obiloviny j\u00e1hly, quinova, pohanka, amarant, \u010di r\u00fd\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maso je vhodn\u00e9 hojn\u011b obalen\u00e9 v bylink\u00e1ch. Omezte s\u016fl, zadr\u017euje vodu. Tu do j\u00eddel p\u0159idejte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky je vhodn\u00e9 konzumovat p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b zakysan\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdborn\u00e9 jsou \u010derstv\u00e9 bylinky jako pa\u017eitka, m\u00e1ta, tymi\u00e1n, \u0161alv\u011bj, bazalka, oregano, rozmar\u00fdn, saturejka nebo t\u0159eba kurkuma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z&nbsp;esenci\u00e1ln\u00edch olej\u016f doporu\u010duji s\u00e1hnout po Feniklu, Kardamonu, Koriandru nebo Z\u00e1zvoru. Jsou vhodn\u00e9 i jako ko\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u011bjte se r\u00e1di takov\u00ed, jac\u00ed jste.
