Naopak osoby, s vysok\u00fdm tlakem, jsou pln\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed (n\u011bkdy a\u017e velk\u00e9ho du\u0161evn\u00edho p\u0159ep\u011bt\u00ed), jsou siln\u011b dominantn\u00ed, jejich energie je siln\u00e1 a rychl\u00e1, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee velice zkracuj\u00ed \u017eivotnost srdce. Zde je na m\u00edst\u011b se zklidnit, p\u0159ipustit, \u017ee i n\u00e1zory \u010di \u00fakoly ostatn\u00edch jsou stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, p\u0159ijmout svoji postradatelnost a b\u00fdt k sob\u011b up\u0159\u00edmn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1me tady hezk\u00e9 obdob\u00ed pln\u00e9 dar\u016f zem\u011b (plod\u016f), energie a tepla. P\u0159\u00edroda se dostala do f\u00e1ze bohat\u00e9ho odpo\u010dinku a rozd\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Pot\u0159ebujete se nastartovat te\u010f, kdy to jde nejl\u00e9pe, abyste pak cel\u00fd rok m\u011bli z \u010deho \u010derpat. Pokud jste to zkusili a ne\u0161lo to, ud\u011blali jste v\u0161e. Mo\u017en\u00e1 se to zm\u011bn\u00ed, jen pr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f na to nen\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00fd \u010das. Mo\u017en\u00e1, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky V\u00e1m, ke zm\u011bn\u011b dojde, ale to u\u017e bude z\u00e1le\u017eet na jin\u00fdch ne na V\u00e1s. Nikdy nev\u00edte, jak velk\u00fd m\u00e1te dosah. Mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e si dovedete p\u0159edstavit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e9 potraviny pomohou pos\u00edlit krevn\u00ed ob\u011bh?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed je odleh\u010dit j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dek. Vyvarovat se tu\u010dn\u00fdm pokrm\u016fm a omezit solen\u00ed i cukr v\u010detn\u011b slazen\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 dostate\u010dn\u011b p\u00edt, av\u0161ak moc tekutin je taky \u0161patn\u011b. Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je voda, ne moc studen\u00e1, s m\u00e1tou, nebo medu\u0148kou, citronov\u00fdm mu\u0161k\u00e1tem, okurkou ovocem&#8230; a&nbsp;citr\u00f3nu\u00e9m, nebo \u010daj rooibos, zelen\u00fd taky \u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9 \u010derstv\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy z ovoce. Pokud m\u00e1te r\u00e1di zmrzlinu, tak jedin\u011b te\u010f je vhodn\u00e1 doba i kdy\u017e i tak nen\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u00ed. Pokud si ji chcete d\u00e1t, tak ji nikdy nejezte po j\u00eddle, zastav\u00edte si tr\u00e1v\u00edc\u00ed ohe\u0148 a to nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z obilovin za\u0159a\u010fte pohanku, zpev\u0148uje c\u00e9vy, obiln\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010dky, kuku\u0159ici a r\u00fd\u017ei. Zam\u011b\u0159te se na p\u0159\u00edsun omega 3 mastn\u00fdch kyselin najdete je ve ln\u011bn\u00e9m oleji, vla\u0161sk\u00fdch  o\u0159ech\u00e1ch, d\u00fd\u0148ov\u00fdch sem\u00ednk\u00e1ch jsou v\u0161ak m\u00e1lo straviteln\u00e9 lep\u0161\u00ed jsou, ryby makrela, losos, pstruh, tu\u0148\u00e1k. Je nevyhnutn\u00e9, aby byli spolu s antioxidanty rozpustn\u00fdmi v tuc\u00edch (pokud je m\u00e1te v dopl\u0148c\u00edch pak vitam\u00edn E, karoteny nesta\u010d\u00ed). Omega 3 sni\u017euj\u00ed LDL cholesterol a zvy\u0161uj\u00ed HDL, kter\u00fd rozpou\u0161t\u00ed usazeniny na st\u011bn\u00e1ch c\u00e9v. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 vy\u017eivit t\u011blo kvalitn\u00edm j\u00eddlem a dopl\u0148ky stravy a podpo\u0159it c\u00e9vn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a krvetvorbu dostatkem \u017eivin a miner\u00e1l\u016f.
