Tato teplota zaru\u010duje spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech org\u00e1n\u016f, syst\u00e9m\u016f a reakc\u00ed. Rozezn\u00e1v\u00e1me dva typy termoregulace t\u011bla \u2013 nervovou (pocen\u00ed nebo t\u0159es) a hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed (hormony \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy a nadledvinek).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probl\u00e9my termoregulace jsou \u2013 vnit\u0159n\u00ed (nadbytek \u010di nedostate\u010dnost = onemocn\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bla), tak i&nbsp;vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u2013 teplo, chlad, fyzick\u00e1 aktivita. Teplota pod 35 \u00b0C je podchlazen\u00ed a nad 37 \u00b0C je p\u0159eh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed. V\u0161e vznik\u00e1 vlivem obranyschopnosti t\u011bla v r\u00e1mci onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, nebo vlivem vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch teplot. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku srpna se v\u011bt\u0161inou v\u00edce p\u0159eh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1me a&nbsp;na konci n\u00e1m u\u017e b\u00fdv\u00e1 i zima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak pozn\u00e1me nerovnov\u00e1hu? Obecn\u011b \u201ese nec\u00edt\u00edme ve sv\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ei\u201c. N\u011bkdy m\u00e1me tzv. hus\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei, t\u0159eseme se, chceme se zachumlali do deky, d\u00e1t si pono\u017eky, svetr a tepl\u00fd \u010daj. N\u011bkdy je n\u00e1m slabo a\u017e na omdlen\u00ed, mot\u00e1 se hlava, pot\u00edme se, bol\u00ed n\u00e1s hlava nebo i zvrac\u00edme. Pokud je n\u00e1m horko t\u011blo chce ochladit, a to jak na \u00farovni fyzick\u00e9, tak i du\u0161evn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkdy v\u00fdkyvy teploty souvis\u00ed s projevy du\u0161evn\u00edho rozpolo\u017een\u00ed. \u010cast\u00fd pocit zimy, chladu vede k zamy\u0161len\u00ed, \u017ee v \u017eivot\u011b chyb\u00ed radost, p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 situace a osoby. Je pot\u0159eba si v\u00edce v\u011b\u0159it a v\u011b\u0159it emoc\u00edm, kter\u00e9 p\u0159irozen\u011b nav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed. Pokud se \u010dasto pot\u00edte, m\u00e1te zv\u00fd\u0161enou teplou a horkost \u2013 zastavte se. Nadechn\u011bte se a emoce hn\u011bvu, vzteku, zlosti a nap\u011bt\u00ed vydechn\u011bte. Netla\u010dte na pilu \u017eivotn\u00edch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed, nau\u010dte se nech\u00e1vat v\u011bcem voln\u00fd pr\u016fb\u011bh, radujte se z mali\u010dkost\u00ed a bu\u010fte klidn\u00ed v l\u00e1sce sami k sob\u011b, i ke sv\u011btu kolem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Termoregulaci pom\u00e1h\u00e1 otu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. St\u0159\u00eddav\u00e9 sprchov\u00e1n\u00ed teplou a studenou vodou a saunov\u00e1n\u00ed (i te\u010f). A samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pohyb. Bu\u010fte venku, \u010derpejte do sebe letn\u00ed energii, h\u00fdbejte se, sportujte, tancujte, dov\u00e1d\u011bjte, co v\u00e1m s\u00edly a energie dovol\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud se p\u0159eh\u0159ejete na slun\u00ed\u010dku zklidn\u011bte se v chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00edstnosti a odpo\u010d\u00edvejte. Pijte dostatek vody (ne ledov\u00e9) nebo ovocn\u00e9 a zeleninov\u00e9 \u0161\u0165\u00e1vy. M\u016f\u017eete pou\u017e\u00edt do vody i aroma oleje jako je m\u00e1ta, citr\u00f3n, levandule nebo verbena s&nbsp;trochou ml\u00e9ka nebo si ud\u011blat okurkovou nebo ovocnou vodu s&nbsp;bylinami jako nap\u0159. m\u00e1ta pro ochlazen\u00ed nebo \u0161alv\u011bj a sko\u0159ice pro zah\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed. Hl\u00eddejte si pitn\u00fd re\u017eim.
