Kdy\u017e mne to probud\u00ed tak odpov\u011b\u010f: \u201eTe\u010f ji\u017e ne\u201c m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt frustruj\u00edc\u00ed, z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, zda m\u00e1m pot\u00ed\u017ee se span\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dne\u0161n\u00ed t\u00e9ma CHRONICK\u00c1 NESPAVOST a NEKLIDN\u00c9 NOHY (v\u00edm, jak to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9, za\u017eila jsem skoro 4letou v&nbsp;p\u0159echodu, spojenou se syndromem neklidn\u00fdch nohou). Dnes mne ji\u017e netr\u00e1p\u00ed (m\u00e1m slab\u0161\u00ed sp\u00e1nek, ale sp\u00edm). Mo\u017en\u00e1 d\u00edky \u010dl\u00e1nku objev\u00edte nov\u00e9 mo\u017enosti. Pokud se na mne obr\u00e1t\u00edte dok\u00e1\u017eu pomoct nav\u00edc V\u00e1m rozum\u00edm a v\u00edm, jak se c\u00edt\u00edte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/samouzdraveni.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/obrazek-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"379\" height=\"91\" src=\"https:\/\/samouzdraveni.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/obrazek-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2528\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nespavost, jak ji \u0159e\u0161\u00ed klasick\u00e1 a celostn\u00ed medic\u00edna<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nespavost je nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed civiliza\u010dn\u00ed nemoc. Kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b se ob\u011bv\u00ed po n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m dni, p\u0159i stresu, zm\u011bn\u011b prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Chronickou se st\u00e1v\u00e1 pokud probl\u00e9my p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edce., Z\u00e1sadn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje kvalitu \u017eivota. Odhaduje se \u017ee v\u00edc ne\u017e 10% populace trp\u00ed t\u011b\u017ekou nespavost\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ovliv\u0148uje nejen psychiku, ale i imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, srdce, c\u00e9vy, zdrav\u00ed a vitalitu. M\u00e1 vliv na sou\u017eit\u00ed a vztahy, proto\u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd m\u00e1lo sp\u00ed je v\u00edc frustrovan\u00fd a nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed. V&nbsp;t\u011ble se tvo\u0159\u00ed v\u00edc kortizolu. Pokud je to del\u0161\u00ed dobu, tak se t\u011blo naprogramuje do obrann\u00e9ho re\u017eimu. Ve\u0161ker\u00e9 d\u011bje v&nbsp;t\u011ble funguj\u00ed jinak, t\u011blo se p\u0159ipravuje na&nbsp;nebezpe\u010d\u00ed a \u00fatok. V\u00edc ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 tuky na hor\u0161\u00ed \u010dasy. Pokud probl\u00e9my p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00ed d\u00e9le ne\u017e m\u011bs\u00edc, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k denn\u00ed \u00fanav\u011b, podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnosti, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed koncentrace, \u010di zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed rizika \u00faraz\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejsem odborn\u00edk na klasickou medic\u00ednu, tak odstavec <strong>Jak se na nespavost d\u00edv\u00e1 klasick\u00e1 medic\u00edna<\/strong> je jen m\u016fj souhrn informac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsem za l\u00e9ta posb\u00edrala. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 odstranit \u0161kodliv\u00e9 n\u00e1vyky a upravit my\u0161len\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed se sp\u00e1nkem.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>Farmakoterapie<\/strong> \u2013 hypnotika, sedativn\u00ed antidepresiva, melatonin a jeho agonist\u00e9. L\u00e9ky mohou b\u00fdt \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i kr\u00e1tkodob\u00fdch obt\u00ed\u017e\u00edch, ale p\u0159i dlouhodob\u00e9m u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed hroz\u00ed tolerance a z\u00e1vislost.<\/li>\n      <li><strong>L\u00e9\u010dba z\u00e1kladn\u00edho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> \u2013 u sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed nespavosti se zam\u011b\u0159uje na prim\u00e1rn\u00ed probl\u00e9m (<em>nap\u0159. \u00faleva od bolesti, l\u00e9\u010dba hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed dysbalance<\/em>).<\/li>\n    <\/ul>\n\n  <\/div>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se na nespavost d\u00edv\u00e1 celostn\u00ed medic\u00edna<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celostn\u00ed medic\u00edna nahl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed na nespavost jako na nerovnov\u00e1hu organismu. Ty zv\u00fdrazn\u011bn\u00e9 jsou dle mne p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou t\u011bch ostatn\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Taky jsem trp\u011bla asi \u010dty\u0159letou nespavost\u00ed spojenou se syndromem neklidn\u00fdch nohou. Bylo to velice nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. Krom\u011b nespavosti jsem musela i n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t za noc chodit po dom\u011b, neust\u00e1le jsem se vrt\u011bla a p\u0159et\u00e1\u010dela v posteli. Pozd\u011bji jsem nevydr\u017eela ani v sed\u011b v aut\u011b v\u00edc ne\u017e 2 hodiny. Nakonec jsem se z toho dostala velice rychle <strong>pomoc\u00ed Balanc oleje od Zinzino. <\/strong>P\u0159edt\u00edm jsem vyzkou\u0161ela mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed, a i jin\u00e9 omega 3 &#8211; jak kvalitn\u00ed rostlinn\u00e9 nap\u0159. olej Sacha inchi, nebo  z l\u00e9k\u00e1rny a internetu. V\u00edm jak extr\u00e9mn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 a vy\u010derp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed to je, proto nev\u00e1hejte a ozv\u011bte se mi. M\u016f\u017ee V\u00e1m b\u00fdt l\u00e9pe, nebo se toho m\u016f\u017eete mo\u017en\u00e1 i zbavit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u016fj re\u017eim:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a jednozna\u010dn\u011b jedin\u00e9 co mi rychle zabralo (do 2 t\u00fddn\u016f) je <strong>Balanc olej <\/strong>od Zinzino, u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m ho ka\u017ed\u00fd den. V\u00edm, pro\u010d zabral \u2013 nic jin\u00e9ho s omega 3 nezabralo. Budu r\u00e1da Va\u0161\u00edm pr\u016fvodcem a vysv\u011btl\u00edm, pro\u010d funguje a pomohu s u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jdu do postele nejpozd\u011bji po 10 hodin\u011b ve\u010der. Pokud jdu po p\u016fl jeden\u00e1ct\u00e9 ob\u010das se p\u0159epnu do no\u010dn\u00edho re\u017eimu a m\u00e1m probl\u00e9m se span\u00edm (zdaleka ji\u017e ne tak velk\u00fd)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ve\u010der se v\u011bnuji kon\u00ed\u010dk\u016fm a klidn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm aktivit\u00e1m (\u00faklidu, psan\u00ed&#8230;), i tanec je suprov\u00fd na sp\u00e1nek, doporu\u010duji taky ve\u010dern\u00ed proch\u00e1zku. Ji\u017e se mohu pod\u00edvat i na ak\u010dn\u00ed film<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mus\u00edm si v lo\u017enici vyv\u011btrat, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b nechat otev\u0159en\u00e9 okno, ale nesm\u00ed na mne t\u00e1hnout. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 je tma bez sv\u011bt\u00fdlek na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch (m\u00e1me po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bsy)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u0159ekvapilo mne, jak moc je pro mne d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 j\u00edt sp\u00e1t v bavln\u011b a do povle\u010den\u00ed z p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f (len, visk\u00f3za a bavlna). Ne\u010dekala jsem takov\u00fd rozd\u00edl oproti syntetice. Pe\u0159ina a pol\u0161t\u00e1\u0159 m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt polyester.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zjistila jsem, \u017ee kdy\u017e jsem si k Balanc oleji p\u0159idala Zinoshine \u2013 vitam\u00edn D s ho\u0159\u010d\u00edkem, ale op\u011bt zafungoval a\u017e ten od Zinzino, tak se m\u016fj sp\u00e1nek v\u00edc prohloubil. Pokud budete respektovat sv\u00e9 t\u011blo b\u011bhem dne, kdy\u017e je unaven\u00e9 a dop\u0159ejete mu <strong>kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho <\/strong>\u0161lof\u00edka bude sp\u00e1t l\u00e9pe i v noci.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1m jako p\u0159\u00edsadu do ko\u0159en\u00ed a\u0161wagandu a d\u00e1v\u00e1m si horkou vodu nebo obilnou k\u00e1vu cca hodinu p\u0159ed span\u00edm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Co je je\u0161t\u011b dobr\u00e9:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>J\u00edt hlavn\u011b r\u00e1no, na hodinu ven, nebo ve\u010der na p\u016fl hodiny p\u0159ed span\u00edm na proch\u00e1zku. Je to zn\u00e1t, kdy\u017e dopoledne str\u00e1v\u00edm jen v\u00a0budov\u011b, nebo m\u00e1m jen kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 p\u0159esuny, sp\u00ed se mi pak h\u016f\u0159<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hledejte radost v \u017eivot\u011b a neberte probl\u00e9my moc v\u00e1\u017en\u011b. \u0158e\u0161te je do ve\u010de\u0159e, nebo je nechte na r\u00e1no<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pokud jste workoholik ukon\u010dete pr\u00e1ci nejpozd\u011bji v \u0161est ve\u010der<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ve\u010der se v\u011bnujte z\u00e1lib\u00e1m a kultu\u0159e<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Omezte soci\u00e1ln\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b. R\u00e1no a ve\u010der zkontroluji mobil i kalend\u00e1\u0159 a p\u0159ed ve\u010de\u0159\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b jednou, zda tam nem\u00e1m n\u011bco d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9ho. Pokud ho vytahuji z kabelky, tak ho v\u017edy zkontroluji (to je nav\u00edc)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Otu\u017eujte se nebo cho\u010fte do sauny<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nespavost nen\u00ed drobn\u00fd probl\u00e9m \u2013 m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 dopady na zdrav\u00ed, psychiku i kvalitu \u017eivota. Proto\u017ee jsem uveden\u00fd probl\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161ila dala jsem V\u00e1m zde dlouh\u00fd souhrn opat\u0159en\u00ed.
