M\u011bli bychom v\u00edce odpo\u010d\u00edvat, zah\u0159\u00edvat t\u011blo i du\u0161i, nahl\u00ed\u017eet do nitra a p\u0159ipravovat se na nov\u00fd cyklus. Za\u010d\u00e1tek roku je energeticky nejn\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm obdob\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle biologick\u00e9ho kalend\u00e1\u0159e kon\u010d\u00ed zima 26. ledna a do 12. \u00fanora je tzv. <strong>dojo<\/strong> \u2013 p\u0159echod mezi zimou a jarem, \u010das p\u0159\u00edprav. Nejv\u00edce jsou zat\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 <strong>mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159 a ledviny<\/strong>, se kter\u00fdmi je \u00fazce spojen\u00e1 emoce <strong>strachu<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mo\u010dov\u00fd m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159 a ledviny \u2013 fyzick\u00e1 i emo\u010dn\u00ed rovnov\u00e1ha<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oba org\u00e1ny jsou citliv\u00e9 na chlad, vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed, stres a emo\u010dn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ledviny jsou z\u00e1sob\u00e1rnou \u017eivotn\u00ed energie, kter\u00e1 se postupn\u011b vy\u010derp\u00e1v\u00e1. Nelze ji doplnit, ale lze v\u00fdrazn\u011b <strong>zpomalit jej\u00ed \u00fabytek<\/strong> \u2013 t\u00edm, jak \u017eijeme, j\u00edme, odpo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1me a zach\u00e1z\u00edme se stresem. Hodn\u011b energii ovlivn\u00edme, kdy\u017e budeme respektovat mo\u017enosti t\u011bla. Nenech\u00e1me ji pl\u00fdtvat nap\u0159. na oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed studen\u00fdch j\u00eddel (zmrzliny, jogurty, pivo&#8230;) a dop\u0159ejeme si kvalitn\u00ed v\u00fd\u017eivu. Ledviny dopl\u0148uj\u00ed energii tam, kde je pot\u0159eba. A\u017e dojde \u010dlov\u011bk um\u00edr\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Slab\u0161\u00ed ledviny se projev\u00ed \u00fanavou, ztr\u00e1tou vitality, bolest\u00ed v k\u0159\u00ed\u017ei a kolenou, studen\u00fdmi nohami, poruchami sp\u00e1nku, zhor\u0161en\u00edm sluchu, otoky, kvalitou vlas\u016f a zub\u016f, tmav\u00fdmi kruhy pod o\u010dima, ale i emo\u010dn\u011b \u2013 strachem, \u00fazkost\u00ed, depres\u00ed, podce\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm se a nejistotou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na ledvin\u00e1ch se odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed vztahy k sob\u011b i druh\u00fdm. Pokud \u0159e\u0161\u00edme vztahy, oslabujeme ledviny, pokud m\u00e1me vztahy kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 a funk\u010dn\u00ed, ledvin\u00e1m to prosp\u00edv\u00e1. Zam\u011b\u0159me se proto v&nbsp;tomto obdob\u00ed v\u00edce na vztahy \u2013 jak je zlep\u0161it, m\u00e1 to vliv i na dlouhov\u011bkost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e1da sleduji dlouhov\u011bk\u00e9 lidi, jak \u017eij\u00ed. Moje babi\u010dka se do\u017eila 102 let ve zdrav\u00ed. Co jsem vypozorovala: v\u0161ichni dlouhov\u011bc\u00ed miluj\u00ed \u017eivot, a\u0165 se d\u011bje cokoliv. Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed osobou v&nbsp;jejich \u017eivot\u011b, jsou oni sami, miluji pr\u00e1ci, sout\u011b\u017eivost a neust\u00e1le se zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed co se d\u011bje. Jed\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u011b 3x sp\u00ed\u0161e dvakr\u00e1t denn\u011b (nemaj\u00ed sva\u010diny), jsou mana\u017eery \u017eivota, neust\u00e1le n\u011bco d\u011blaj\u00ed a nachod\u00ed kilometry. V\u0161ichni, co zn\u00e1m po ob\u011bd\u011b chv\u00edli odpo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00ed a maj\u00ed hobby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oslaben\u00ed mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e se projev\u00ed \u010dast\u00fdm mo\u010den\u00edm, p\u00e1len\u00edm a bolest\u00ed p\u0159i mo\u010den\u00ed, z\u00e1n\u011bty mo\u010dov\u00fdch cest, myk\u00f3zami, studen\u00fdmi kon\u010detinami, no\u010dn\u00edm mo\u010den\u00edm, bolestmi zad, ztuhlost\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e, z\u00e1n\u011bty u\u0161\u00ed, pomo\u010dov\u00e1n\u00edm u d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z duchovn\u00edho pohledu souvis\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee s potla\u010den\u00fdmi emocemi, k\u0159ivdami, strachem a neschopnost\u00ed se projevit. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 u\u010dit se <strong>pou\u0161t\u011bt star\u00e9, vyjad\u0159ovat sv\u00e9 pocity a neb\u00e1t se zm\u011bny<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak podpo\u0159it rovnov\u00e1hu v zim\u011b a na p\u0159elomu jara<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto obdob\u00ed nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 na velk\u00e9 v\u00fdkony, radik\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bny ani p\u0159ehnan\u00e1 p\u0159edsevzet\u00ed.
