{"id":426,"date":"2013-12-17T20:30:40","date_gmt":"2013-12-17T20:30:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/samouzdraveni.cz\/?p=426"},"modified":"2019-08-01T18:08:19","modified_gmt":"2019-08-01T18:08:19","slug":"jak-a-proc-omezit-rafinovany-cukr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samouzdraveni.cz\/?p=426","title":{"rendered":"4.JAK A PRO\u010c OMEZIT RAFINOVAN\u00dd CUKR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00edte v\u016fbec pro\u010d je pro V\u00e1s rafinovan\u00fd a i jin\u00fd jednoduch\u00fd cukr nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd?<\/p>\n<p>Je to dlouho co jsem ze \u0161koly, ale mysl\u00edm \u017ee na 1kg rafinovan\u00e9ho cukru se spot\u0159ebuje \u0159epa z 1,5 metru \u010dtvere\u010dn\u00edho plochy &#8211; nev\u00edm kolik je na gram cukru pot\u0159eba \u0159epy, ale pro p\u0159edstavu nap\u0159. na 1 g \u010dist\u00e9ho cukru je pot\u0159eba hodn\u011b hmoty \u0159ekn\u011bme cca 10g \u0159epy to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee kdy\u017e sn\u00edte tabulku 100g \u010dokol\u00e1dy, tak by to mohlo b\u00fdt v \u0159ep\u011b 1 kg (to by V\u00e1s asi bolelo b\u0159icho &#8211;<strong> j\u00edte koncentrovanou energii<\/strong>, kter\u00e1 se tak i chov\u00e1 je to jako kdyby V\u00e1m v t\u011ble vybouchla mal\u00e1 chemick\u00e1 bomba. Cukern\u00fd roztok se chov\u00e1 jako kyselina a lept\u00e1 v\u0161e na co p\u0159\u00edjde nejenom zuby.<\/p>\n<p>Slo\u017eit\u00e9 cukry nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 nejsou. Ty si t\u011blo rozlo\u017e\u00ed pozvoln\u011b dle sv\u00fdch pot\u0159eb. Bez cukr\u016f nem\u016f\u017eeme \u017e\u00edt, a proto je um\u00edme se slo\u017eit\u00fdch sacharid\u016f z\u00edskat. Neexistuje<em><strong> \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 potravina<\/strong> <\/em>(snad krom\u011b \u010dist\u00e9 vody), aby neobsahovala sacharidy, d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby to byli slo\u017eit\u00e9 sacharidy. Rafinovan\u00fd cukr je nejhor\u0161\u00ed, je nav\u00edc zbaven i miner\u00e1l\u016f a vitam\u00edn\u016f. Je to\u00a0 \u010dist\u00e1 sachar\u00f3za.<\/p>\n<p>Nejlep\u0161\u00ed je cukr p\u0159estat j\u00edst (ale je to velice t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9). Mn\u011b se osv\u011bd\u010dil zp\u016fsob za\u010d\u00edt s t\u00edm v l\u00e9t\u011b, kdy je hodn\u011b ovoce, nejprve p\u0159ej\u00edt na nerafinovan\u00fd (hn\u011bd\u00fd cukr s miner\u00e1ly) pozd\u011bji na med je\u0161t\u011b pozd\u011bji na slady (r\u00fd\u017eov\u00fd, je\u010dn\u00fd) no a nakonec ho t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 vylou\u010dit. Pom\u00e1haj\u00ed i zelen\u00e9 potraviny (<em><strong>kvalitn\u00ed<\/strong><\/em> je\u010dmen a chlorella), krer\u00e9 V\u00e1s p\u0159irozen\u011b odnau\u010d\u00ed j\u00edst to co V\u00e1m ned\u011bl\u00e1 dob\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>Ud\u011bl\u00e1te dob\u0159e, kdy\u017e v receptech sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edte cukr na polovinu a na bucht\u011b nebo dortu to nebude zn\u00e1t. \u010c\u00edm d\u00e9le omezujeme cukr, t\u00edm je to jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed a hodn\u011b pom\u00e1haj\u00ed zelen\u00e9 potraviny\u00a0 (je\u010dmen a chlorella). Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je m\u00edt doma minim\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1soby sladkost\u00ed (pro p\u0159\u00edpady n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv, nebo kdy\u017e je mlsn\u00e1 n\u00e1lada, nebo na sv\u00e1tky &#8211; cukrov\u00ed tak\u00e9 pe\u010deme a d\u011bl\u00e1me RAW). Nem\u00e1 smysl d\u011btem nic zakazovat, to by na n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv\u011b vyjely po sladk\u00e9m jako utr\u017een\u00e9 z \u0159et\u011bzu. Je dobr\u00e9 jim koupit <b>ob\u010das &#8211;\u00a0<\/b> asi tak 1x t\u00fddn\u011b, co cht\u011bj\u00ed, ale vysv\u011btlovat. Osv\u011bd\u010dilo se, vy\u017eadovat po d\u011btech, aby se zeptali, kdy\u017e si n\u011bco sladk\u00e9ho cht\u011bj\u00ed d\u00e1t a nejl\u00e9pe vytvo\u0159it p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost pro v\u0161echny mlsn\u00e9 jaz\u00fd\u010dky najednou. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jim to\u00a0 v 90% opravdu mus\u00edte d\u00e1t, ale po\u0159\u00e1d vysv\u011btlovat, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b nab\u00eddnout n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho (ale nenutit) &#8211; z uveden\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f je dobr\u00e9 m\u00edt p\u0159ipraveny sm\u011bsi r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f su\u0161en\u00e9ho a norm\u00e1ln\u00edho ovoce, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b ho\u0159kou \u010dokol\u00e1du s vysok\u00fdm obsahem kakaa. Pravidlem u n\u00e1s je, \u017ee kdy\u017e\u00a0 n\u011bkdo chce mlsat, ozn\u00e1m\u00ed to v\u0161em, a ti, kte\u0159\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed, se p\u0159idaj\u00ed a v\u0161ichni si to u\u017eij\u00ed. Kdy\u017e je to ale \u010dasto, tak se to zatrhne v\u0161em, bez v\u00fdjimky.
