Omezte hotov\u00e1 j\u00eddla nebo polotovary, kter\u00e9 jsou upravovan\u00e9 tak, \u017ee z nich toho u\u017e moc nez\u00edsk\u00e1te.<\/p>\n<p>Jestli chcete j\u00edst um\u011bl\u00e9 dopl\u0148ky, tak alespo\u0148 spolu s j\u00eddlem (t\u00edm podpo\u0159\u00edte jejich <span style=\"color: #800000;\">spr\u00e1vnou<\/span> vst\u0159ebatelnost) a nejl\u00e9pe kdy\u017e m\u011bs\u00edc roste, to se l\u00e9pe ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 cokoli do organizmu. Nemohu V\u00e1m je ale doporu\u010dit, ur\u010dit\u011b nejsou\u00a0 k prosp\u011bchu jen oslabuj\u00ed t\u011blo.
